Along with the fast developing of the modem basketball,the sensitive quality training technique has been applied extensively in every aspect of basketball technique.Whether in basketball teaching or training,there are many kinds of training methods for sensitive quality.Despite the fact that there is some science and practice,a lot of students have taken these training methods from the initial contact with sports.In the college stage,there is a lack of novel and unique training methods to mobilize the enthusiasm of students.As a new physical training method,rope ladder is widely used in foreign or domestic professional teams,but it is not widely used in basketball major courses in sports colleges.Through consulting a large number of literatures,it is found that there are many training methods of rope ladder training combination,but the training of rope ladder combined with ball is very few,and the combination with special is not close.This study wants to combine the rope ladder training and ball in the teaching and training of basketball majors in physical education colleges and universities.The influence of students ’ basketball special sensitive quality is studied,which provides new training methods and means for basketball majors in physical education colleges and universities in special sensitive quality training,and also provides theoretical reference and practical support for coaches ’ teaching.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,data statistics and other research methods to sort out and summarize the existing rope ladder training methods,and summarizes the effective training methods for the improvement of sensitive quality.According to the characteristics of basketball,some innovations and arrangements are made to develop a rope ladder training method suitable for basketball majors at this stage.The influence of rope ladder training on the special sensitive quality of basketball majors is studied and analyzed.Taking 16 male basketball majors in the Department of Sports Training of Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education as the experimental object,and 16 basketball majors are national second-level or above basketball players.Randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group rope ladder training,the control group of traditional training,in addition to different training methods,other training content,intensity,time are the same,after 8 weeks of training :(1)Eight weeks later,the experiment group completed the rope ladder training.in the test of general sensitive quality ’ 5-10-5 ’,the average score of the experimental group before the experiment was 6.72 seconds,the standard deviation was 0.23,and the average score of the experimental group after the experiment was 6.33 seconds,the standard deviation was 0.43,the experimental group after the experiment compared with the results before the experiment increased by 0.39 seconds,the increase was5.8 %,(P < 0.05)with significant difference,in the test of Illinois run,the experimental group before the experiment was 17.58 seconds,the standard deviation was 0.37,the experimental group after the experiment was 17.05 seconds.The standard deviation is 0.29.After the experiment,the performance is 0.53 seconds higher than that before the experiment,and the performance is increased by 3.1 %.(P< 0.01)has an extremely significant difference.In the hexagon jump test,the experimental group ’s performance before the experiment is 12.71 seconds.The standard deviation is 0.54.The experimental group ’s performance after the experiment is 12.10 seconds.The standard deviation is 0.39.In the test of special sensitive quality dribbling around the pole and layup,the average score of the experimental group before the experiment was 9.65 seconds,the standard deviation was 1.17,the experimental group after the experiment was 9.05 seconds,the standard deviation was 0.83,after the experiment,compared with the results before the experiment,the results increased by 0.5 seconds,and the results increased by 5.2 %(P < 0.01).In the test of three-second zone movement,the average score of the experimental group before the experiment was 12.59 seconds,the standard deviation was 0.61,and the average score of the experimental group after the experiment was12.11 seconds,the standard deviation was 0.35.After the experiment,the average score of the experimental group increased by 0.48 seconds compared with that before the experiment,and the score increased by 3.8 %(p < 0.01).(2)After 8 weeks of traditional training in the control group,in the test of general sensitive quality ’ 5-10-5 ’,the average score of the experimental group before the experiment was 6.81 seconds,the standard deviation was 0.36,the average score of the control group after the experiment was 6.74 seconds,the standard deviation was0.31,the experimental group after the experiment was 0.07 seconds higher than the pre-experiment score,the increase was 1.0 %,(P > 0.05)There was no significant difference.In the Illinois run test,the experimental group scored 17.63 seconds before the experiment,the standard deviation was 0.57,and the control group scored 17.51 seconds after the experiment.The standard deviation was 0.49.After the experiment,the score was increased by 0.12 seconds compared with that before the experiment,and the score was increased by 0.68 %.(P > 0.05)There was no significant difference.In the hexagon jump test,the score of the control group before the experiment was 12.92 seconds,and the standard deviation was 0.79.The score of the control group after the experiment was 12.76 seconds,and the standard deviation was0.75.In the test of special sensitive quality dribbling around the pole,the average score of the control group before the experiment was 9.89 seconds,the standard deviation was 1.41,and the score of the control group after the experiment was 9.59 seconds,the standard deviation was 1.16.After the experiment,the score increased by0.3 seconds compared with that before the experiment,and the score increased by3.0 %(P0.05).There was no significant difference.It shows that the students in the control group have completed the adaptation after long-term traditional training.Although the results have improved,there is still no significant improvement.(3)Eight weeks later,the experiment group completed the rope ladder training.and 8weeks of traditional training in the control group,the comparative analysis of the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group showed that the average scores of the experimental group in the 5-10-5 test,Illinois running test,hexagon jump test and three-second zone movement test were better than those of the control group to varying degrees.After the difference test of the post-test results between the experimental group and the control group,It was found that there were significant differences(p < 0.05),while the control group was only slightly better than the experimental group in the test of dribbling around the bar,but there was no significant difference.From the above data,the rope ladder training used in the experimental group has a significant improvement in the test results of the sensitive quality after the experiment compared with the traditional training in the control group,which proves that the rope ladder training has a positive impact on strengthening the special sensitive quality of athletes.Due to its own characteristics,rope ladder training has a large number of footwork movement technical exercises in training,which can improve the athlete ’s footwork movement frequency,speed up the footwork movement speed,and improve the athlete ’s balance,lower limb control ability and space perception ability through precise displacement in the box.In basketball games,athletes also need a lot of footwork movement to complete various technical movements and tactics,which is in line with the characteristics of basketball.At the same time,rope ladder training is also conducive to improving the enthusiasm of athletes to participate in training.Because only a few students have been exposed to rope ladder training before the experiment,most athletes have not undergone systematic rope ladder training,and have great interest in unfamiliar training movements,which better improves the training effect.By designing a two-stage rope ladder and combined ball training,athletes can better apply the technical movements of training to the actual special sports,help athletes better grasp the technical movements,and strengthen the coordination and cooperation ability of athletes ’ upper and lower limbs and the flexibility of each joint.
