Research Objectives:The development of science and technology,the progress of The Times,the "stop" life condition leads to the lack of exercise in Our country’s residents,especially the teenagers,their physical health level is not optimistic.Sensitivity as a complex comprehensive quality,other qualities are closely related.Rope ladder training has attracted much attention because of its significant effect on improving athletes’ special agility.The popularity of football in a campus and soccer program for athletes body the characteristics of the sensitive level of quality requirements,combined with U9 stage children in training neural control sensitive period,this research with the aid of the implementation of the school-based curriculum characteristic,use intervention strategy,scientific measurements,accurate method through the experiment to verify the rope ladder training’s impact on football athletes sensitivity U9 man,The comparison of traditional agility training and rope ladder training is expected to find a method more conducive to the development of agility at this age so as to explore whether some relevant training methods can improve their agility in primary school football teaching and training.Research methods:This study mainly uses the teaching experiment method to verify the effect of different training methods of "traditional" and "rope ladder" on the sensitivity of U9 male primary school football players.The test methods mainly include "Illinois run","return run","T run" and "dribble around the bar".Two male athletes of U9 age group in Shanghai Huahong Primary School were randomly selected as the experimental objects,and they were taught different training methods respectively.Spss24.0 statistical software was used to process the data.Paired "T" test was used for intra-group comparison before and after the experiment,and one-way an OVA was used for inter-group comparison.P >0.05 indicates no significant difference,P≤0.05 indicates significant difference,and P ≤0.01 indicates highly significant difference.All data were expressed by(x±S),and the results were analyzed and discussed based on previous training theories,in order to provide reference for training,physical education reform and practical teaching.Results:SPSS paired sample T test analysis: before and after the experiment,two different training methods on agility(" Illinois run ","return run","T run" and "dribble around the bar")indicators have significant differences(P < 0.05),the average time decreased significantly.The mean time of the Illinois Run in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.005)(x=12.65>13.26).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).T type running time in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.005)(x=11.35>12.26).The average running time of dribble and stick in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.005)(x=16.15>17.26).Research Conclusions:1.In terms of Illinois running level: after one semester of practice,the experimental intervention of different training methods has a significant effect on improving students’ Illinois running level.Rope ladder training can improve their ability to quickly change the direction of movement,and rope ladder training has a better effect than traditional training.2.In terms of the return running level: after a semester of practice,the experimental intervention of different training methods has no significant effect on the students’ return running level.The rope ladder training method has no obvious effect compared with the traditional training method,and the rope ladder training cannot completely replace the traditional training.3.In terms of t-form running level: the experimental intervention of different training methods has a significant overall effect on students’ T-form running level.Rope ladder training can improve the ability to quickly change body space position,and rope ladder training has better effect than traditional training.4.In terms of dribbling and running around the pole: experimental intervention of different training methods has a significant overall effect on students dribbling and running around the pole.Rope ladder training can significantly improve the ability of young football players to change direction with the ball.5.In PE sports motivation: the experimental intervention of different training methods has a significant effect on students’ PE sports motivation.Rope ladder training has a more obvious effect on PE sports motivation than traditional training.
