| The report of 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the contradictions between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.In this new era,the people’s spiritual and cultural needs are an important part of a better life.A good life centered on culture and art is a sign for the great prosperity of the nation.The music class in junior high school education is essential in the art education.Standards for Music curriculum in Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)shows that the appreciation is a significant field in the music learning,the basis during the whole music learning activities,and an effective way to cultivate students’musical aesthetic ability.All in all,the music appreciation class has become the core of the music teaching in junior high schools.As the representation of culture,music can not only realize the expression and communication of human beings’inner emotions,but also has the strong educational function.It is a vital medium for delivering correct outlook on life and values,being crucial in cultivating people’s aesthetics and influencing human beings’ development.Junior high school students are at an important stage of physical and psychological development.Music appreciation can both cultivate students’ creative thinking and give students pleasant aesthetic experience.This thesis analyzes the appreciation part in the textbooks of the People’s Music Publishing House for junior high schools,and investigates the current teaching practice of the music appreciation class by using the combination of questionnaires and interviews.The objects of the study are three schools in Haidian District,Beijing.Pay attention to the teaching mode of the music appreciation class in these junior high schools,the interaction between teachers and students,and the effectiveness of teaching,the author is looking forward to having a clearer understanding of the music appreciation class.On this basis,Haidian Experimental Middle School is used for teaching practice,and the action research method is used to study the teaching mode of music appreciation class in junior high schools.The author selected one Chinese song and one foreign song separately.By analyzing the teaching background,thinking about the teaching plan,designing the teaching plan,and summarizing and reflecting on the teaching,the author tried to find out the problems in current music appreciation class in junior high schools.Then the author tried to put forward some suggestions and reference for the actual teaching of the music appreciation class in junior high schools. |
