The key to building an innovative country is talent,especially innovative technology talents.Strengthening the cultivation of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities and producing a group of outstanding innovative scientific and technological talents is the key to building an innovative country.The literature shows that the research on adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities is still in its infancy,and most of the scholars focus on the scientific creativity and technical creativity of adolescent related to the scientific and technological innovative abilities of adolescent.It can be said that the breakthrough in the research of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities is to directly start from the ontology of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities,to clarify the constituent elements of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities,and to determine the concept of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities.Starting from the ZMET,40 photos related to scientific and technological innovation were selected as research tools,and 8 middle school students who won the first and second prizes in the Shandong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition were selected as research objects,and the respondents were selected from the pictures provided.Introduce the pictures of their choice,initially detect the hidden understanding and ideas of the respondents on scientific and technological innovation;combine the respondents' preliminary thoughts on technological innovation,conduct semi-structured interviews,and use grounded theory to deal with semi-structured interviews,further Exploring the hidden understanding and ideas of adolescent's science and technology innovation,clarifying the scope and connotation of adolescent's science and technology innovation;taking the interviewees' unrealized interviews and dealing with interview data with the actual process of scientific and technological innovation conducted by respondents Construct a youth science and technology innovation behavior map,analyze the adolescent's science and technology innovation behavior;finally,combine the connotation and innovation behavior of adolescent's science and technology innovation,put forward the elements of the adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities,and determine the concept of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities.The research shows that:(1)the systematic qualitative research method based on integrated ZMET and grounded theory is effective;(2)the youth science and technology innovation process includes four stages: creative stimulation,creative suggestion,creative practice and creative evaluation.There are differences in content and form between scientific and technological innovation and scientific and technological innovation of scientists;(3)Inspirational thinking,intuitive thinking,associative thinking,divergent thinking,critical thinking,cooperative communication and information retrieval are the components of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities in the creative stage.(4)The ability to divergent thinking,critical thinking,cooperative communication,information retrieval,experimental skills and practical skills is a component of the adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities in the creative practice stage.The innovation of the thesis is mainly reflected in the following: First,the qualitative research method of the system integrating ZMET and grounded theory is developed,which is technically innovative.Secondly,it is proposed that the process of youth science and technology innovation includes four stages: creative stimulation,creative suggestion,creative practice and creative evaluation.It clarifies the difference in content,form and process between young and scientists' scientific and technological innovation,and has content innovation.Thirdly,it extracts the constituent elements of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities,and determines the concept of adolescent's scientific and technological innovative abilities,which is theoretically innovative.
