Extracurricular Scientific And Technological Activities Of The Liberal Arts Undergraduates And The Study On Innovative Talents Cultivating

The core target of higher education is not only for fostering the innovative talents,the innovation research about higher education is important as well.With the rapid development of the science and technology,talent competition has been considered as a vital indicator of the comprehensive national strength,especially the severer requirement regard to the overall ability of talents,name as the competition of the innovative talents.Therefore,it is vital to focus on foster the talents with creative consciousness and ability.As the training base,the colleges and universities,developing the students with creative spirit and practical ability has been treated as one of their main objectives.The key of fostering innovative talents is developing its creative thinking,which is the most innovative thinking shape.In order to make the possibility become to reality,the premise definitely is developing students' creative thinking through some especial scientific methods.Extracurricular science and technology activities,as one part of practice segment,can be considered as one of the significant methods.Extracurricular activities are based on the students' interests and future development.The students themselves are main bodies.According to the science and technology,both the individual and social associations can establish and organize it and what's more this could foster students' creative ability and innovative thinking.However,it is all known for us that practice determine cognition and cognition is counteractive at practice.Extracurricular scientific activities,as one kind of practice,decide the public recognition to the technology,and then counteractive at practice,which create a process of creative thinking and innovative ability.Along with the continuous development on the research area of innovative education,the extracurricular scientific innovation activities have been operated widely in universities and colleges at present.In addition,the results and achievements are worth celebrating.Despitesome of domestic universities are support the extracurricular technological activities,it is still not enough on creative talents trainings.The individual capability is also one of the vital factors that lead to give up.However,it is beneficial for arts undergraduates take part in extracurricular scientific activities to improve knowledge structure,promote the initiative and interest on study,and train students' capacity on innovative thinking.On the contrary,lots of universities are lack of the clear training ideas to arts undergraduates.They believe that although arts undergraduates have higher and humanistic quality and richer humanistic knowledge,arts undergraduates are lack of scientific knowledge and capability.Hence,strengthening the research on arts undergraduates innovative ability and putting forward practical strategies are the important issues that universities are facing now.This thesis
