The basic education curriculum is the main way to implement the party's educational thoughts and educational policies.Throughout the development of Chinese basic education curriculum reform,it has been 70 years since the founding of New China.In the course of the development of the past 70 years,although many difficulties have been experienced,many achievements have been made.2017 is a major turning point in the reform of basic education curriculum in China.The launch of the latest basic education curriculum reform and the promulgation of new curriculum standards have led the reform of basic education curriculum in China from "Three-dimensional goals" to "Key competences".Compared with the previous curriculum standards,the latest basic education reform emphasizes the Key competences of the discipline in the subject curriculum standards.How to cultivate students' Key competences of physics in high school physics teaching?This is a problem that the physics teacher of the new era considers and needs to solve.Scientific inquiry literacy is also one of the essential key competences of physics for students.In this paper,the author conducts research on the physical science inquiry literacy.First of all,through the literature review method to make the concept of scientific inquiry literacy,the characteristics of scientific inquiry,the relationship between scientific inquiry literacy and the core literacy of physics defined,and the theoretical basis for further understanding the cultivation of scientific inquiry literacy is laid.Then,based on the "Four Cornerstones" model,the four elements of scientific inquiry literacy are divided into twelve sub-dimensions to compile the high school students' physical science inquiry literacy test scale,and to analyzes the reliability and validity of the test scale by the Rasch model.Secondly,taking the 274 students of the high school in Yan'an as the research object,the students' scientific inquiry literacy test scale was issued through questionnaire survey to understand the high school students'physical science inquiry literacy status;The 27 physics teachers of high schools in Yan'an were the research subjects,and the recycled teacher questionnaire was used as an aid to understand the cultivation status of scientific inquiry literacy in high school physics teaching.Finally,the students' physical science inquiry literacy status are attributed to the analysis by the theoretical analysis and induction method,which provides a feasible strategy for the scientific inquiry literacy training.The specific research results of this paper are as follows:First,the student's physical science inquiry literacy test scale is issued,and the students'physical science inquiry literacy status is as follows:(1)The level of scientific inquiry literacy of high school students is generally low.Most students only stay in learning the basic physical concepts.(2)The level of scientific inquiry literacy of Senior Two students is significantly higher than Senior One students,and there are significant differences;(3)There are significant differences in the level of scientific inquiry literacy between different genders,and the level of males is significantly higher than females;(4)There is no significant difference in the level of scientific inquiry literacy between the two classes of excellent and experimental classes;(5)There are significant differences in the level of scientific inquiry literacy in different factors:the level of Senior One is higher than Senior Two in problems.the level of Senior Two is higher than Senior One in evidence,explanation and communication.Second,preparing the teacher's questionnaire to understand the status of the school's scientific inquiry literacy from the basic situation of teaching,the teacher's understanding of scientific inquiry,the school's support,the willingness of teachers to carry out scientific inquiry and the implementation of the school's scientific inquiry,the research findings are as follows:the cultivation of students',scientific inquiry literacy is insufficient in the current physics teaching;the physics teacher's understanding of scientific inquiry is not ideal,and the school's support for scientific inquiry activities is not enough;teachers are more willing to cultivate the scientific inquiry of students,but still can not completely get rid of the exam-oriented education,so,this is resulting in the existing class time can not meet the cultivation of students' scientific inquiry literacy.Third,conducting attribution analysis on the results of the questionnaire survey,and put forward the training strategies of scientific inquiry quality in high school physics teaching from improving physical laboratory equipment,making full use of social resources,transforming physics teaching concepts,optimizing physics teaching methods,which can enhance the physics teacher's awareness of the cultivation of scientific inquiry and promote the construction and development of physics under the background of new curriculum reform.
