In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was pointed out that education should be given priority and the party’s education policy should be implemented.Provide quality of employment,achieve higher quality and more adequate employment to improve people’s lives.As China’s economy continues to develop at a high speed,people’s income levels continue to increase,the state and society’s investment in education continues to increase,and the demand for educational resources and resources generated by educational institutions and resources begins to diversify.At present,pre-job training is an important part of the education and training market.Due to its dual nature of education and employment,it has great potential for development and market space.However,the rapid growth of the market inevitably leads to fierce competition among training institutions in the industry.In the market segmentation,diversified teaching mode and market competition,the effectiveness of many pre-job training institutions has been very different.ZHT and ZG Education-led training schools occupy most of the domestic training market,forming a strong corporate brand,how to develop and achieve ambitious strategic goals,and enhance the strength of educational brands.The formulation of enterprise development strategy can bring core competitiveness to enterprises.This article takes the pre-job training institution on behalf of ZHT Education Jilin Branch as a case.The education of ZHT Education Jilin Branch belongs to the branch of Beijing ZHT Hongyang Education and Culture Development Co.,Ltd.At the beginning of its establishment,only 20 or 30 students have developed into an education and training institution,and so far it has trained more
