Since 2013,there has not been a clear document on the cultivation of high school information technology students'literacy,but the requirements of the new curriculum standard in version 2013 have permeated a lot of relevant information literacy training requirements.For example,when students became aware of their ability to operate from computers,then on March 30,2014,the Ministry of Education published,opinions on comprehensively deepening Curriculum Reform and implementing the fundamental tasks of Lidless people”,which was published by the Ministry of Education on March 30,2014.The construction of the"core literacy system"should be accelerated.in 2017,in the new curriculum standard,it was pointed out that the information technology course in ordinary senior high schools is a course aimed at improving students'information literacy and helping learners to master the letter.The foundation and skill of information technology,the grasp of information consciousness,the development of computational thinking,the improvement of the ability and level of digital learning and innovation,and the establishment of good values and basic disciplines of identity in the information society.In the first place,through the literature research,the author explains the proposal,connotation,stage and level of"Digital Learning and Innovation" accomplishment.Then through the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to Xi'an No.6 middle school senior high school students'"digital learning and innovation"accomplishment to carry on the present situation investigation and the data analysis,two rounds of research were carried out through action research after considering the obstacles to implementation and the design and identification of strategies consistent with the subject,in order to design and analyse strategies for the"digital learning and innovation"literacy of the subjects,Combined with the effect test,the strategy is optimized.At present,the way of teaching and learning of high school information curriculum in our country is still relatively traditional.It is mainly teachers'direct indoctrination and students'passive learning,which does not meet the requirements of the current new curriculum standards for students'quality education.Therefore,in education and learning,To cultivate the ability of digital learning and creative literacy needs to do a lot of related work.This paper aims to study the cultivation of digital learning and innovation literacy.The following is the main part of this study.The investigation and development strategy of Xi'an No.6 Middle School is the key part of this study.The:first chapter introduces the research background,significance,research summary,purpose and content,methods and tools.The research summary is divided into:information technology discipline"digital learning"literacy training related summary,information technology discipline"innovation"literacy training related summary,and then to the subject of this study,A review of the cultivation of"Digital Learning and Innovation".Because the accomplishment of"Digital Learning and Innovation"was put forward only in 2017,in order to enrich and support this research,literature research on"Digital Learning"and"Innovation"was carried out respectively.The second chapter defines the connotation of the cultivation of"digital learning and innovation",and expounds the relevant theoretical basis,namely,connectionism theory,constructivism theory,wall hole theory and weak connection theory.The third chapter investigates and analyzes the present situation of the research.Take Xi'an No.6 Middle School as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of training"Digital Learning and Innovation"for Grade one students in Xi'an.In this stage,through the method of questionnaire survey,the present situation is investigated in three dimensions,the scope or position of the development stage and level is summarized,the problems existing in the cultivation are found,and then the problems are refined through the interview method.Carry on the data analysis according to the data and the collected data,and draw the certain conclusion,further analyze the cause of formation,in order to put forward the better cultivation strategy in the later stage;In the fourth chapter,according to the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation and development of"digital learning and innovation",the author puts forward the problems and the reasons for the problems,and combines with the interpretation of the new curriculum standards to understand the mode and direction of cultivation.Based on the concept of creative education and the penetration of high school information technology curriculum as the guidance and focus,and choose the appropriate training direction;The fifth chapter combines the new curriculum standard to the digital learning and innovation literacy training requirements and the actual situation of Xi'an No.6 Middle School research object to carry on the strategy analysis,the preliminary determination accords with the present situation strategy,and through the two rounds of action research to carry on the verification,As a result,the strategy is further optimized for the problems found.In the sixth chapter,according to the investigation and data analysis of the cultivation of"digitization and innovation"literacy in Xi'an No.6 Middle School,the cultivation environment of"digital learning and innovation"in Xi'an No.6 Middle School is not enough to support the development of literacy.There is no nutrition needed for the development of literacy,such as incomplete digital equipment,incomplete network coverage,and not universal classroom interaction,but the cultivation of literacy is also a long-term and in-depth issue.With the creation of digital environment,Students'digital learning ability,autonomous and cooperative learning ability under the Internet environment,and the ability to construct knowledge and innovate works will also increase.
