Research On The Coordinated Development Of Industrial Structure And Employment Structure In Qinghai Province

The high level of economic development requires the coordination of corre sponding industrial structure and employment structure.In the relationship betw een industrial structure and employment structure,the change and development of industrial structure will have an impact on the change and development of employment structure.Conversely,the change and development of employment structure will also have an impact on industrial structure.Therefore,it is of gr eat practical significance to study the coordinated development between industri al structure and employment structure.Through the combination of qualitative r esearch and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the present situation,correl ation analysis and coordination analysis of the industrial structure and employm ent structure in Qinghai Province,and on this basis,analyzes the factors affecti ng the imbalance of its incongruity,and proposes corresponding countermeasure s and suggestions in order to achieve a higher level of economic development in Qinghai Province.In this study,the current situation of industrial structure and employment s tructure in Qinghai Province is analyzed in depth and systematically,followed by a large number of empirical studies on the correlation between industrial str ucture and employment structure in Qinghai Province.Finally,the factors that are inconsistent between the two are analyzed,and the corresponding counterm easures and suggestions are put forward.In the whole study,we can find that:(1)the development trend of industrial structure and employment structure in Qinghai Province is closer to the law of modern economic development,but th ere is a certain gap with the law of modern economic development;(2)the co ordination between industrial structure and employment structure in Qinghai Pro vince is still low,the structural deviation is still large,and further coordination is needed;(3)industrial structure and employment knot.The coordinated deve lopment of institutions needs to deeply analyze the influencing factors of imbal ance and disharmony on the basis of empirical research,and put forward corre sponding countermeasures.These uncoordinated factors in the development of industrial structure and employment structure in Qinghai Province are the problems that must be consi dered in the new era.Promoting the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure in Qinghai Province is the only way for China's economic development to a higher level and exploring the optimization of in dustrial structure and employment structure.
