The adjustment of the industrial structure and the changes in the employment structure are inextricably linked.The fundamental problem is the optimization of the allocation of production resources among various industrial sectors.On the one hand,the industrial sector as a carrier of labor employment,when the national macroeconomic policy is adjusted,production factors and technological levels and other influencing factors change,the industrial structure will also change,and then affect the change in employment structure,that is,employment The direction of structural change depends to some extent on the direction of industrial structure change;on the other hand,when the low-level and unreasonable industrial structure gradually evolves into a high-level and reasonable industrial structure,it will force the employment structure to adjust.Until it matches the changed industrial structure.Since the reform and opening up,the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia has been continuously adjusted and upgraded,but there is always a certain deviation between the industrial structure and the employment structure,and the adjustment of the employment structure has lagged behind the adjustment of the industrial structure.difference.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing related theories and domestic and foreign literature,the paper analyzes the evolution,correlation,coordination degree and influencing factors of the industrial structure and employment structure in Inner Mongolia.First,the evolution of the industrial structure and employment structure of Inner Mongolia conforms to the general law.The industrial structure has changed from the "two,one,three" structure to the "three,two,one" structure,and the employment structure has changed from "one,two,three" to "three.",One,two." Secondly,the tertiary industry in Inner Mongolia's industrial structure and employment structure has a high degree of employment flexibility and strong ability to absorb employment,but the coordination between the industrial structure and the employment structure is currently at the primary level.Among them,the deviation between the secondary industry structure and the employment structure is the largest.Finally,the panel data model is used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the coordinated development of the industrial structure and employment structure in Inner Mongolia.Among them,the level of industrialization,the degree of openness to the outside world and the level of urbanization have a negative correlation with the coordination coefficient.The coefficients are positively correlated.Based on the results of empirical analysis,in order to promote the coordinated development of the industrial structure and employment structure of Inner Mongolia,the paper proposes the following: adjust the proportion of light and heavy industries,take a new path of industrialization,optimize the import and export trade structure,rationally allocate investment in fixed assets,actively promoting the development of urbanization,and accelerating the development of the tertiary industry.
