| Gardner proposed multiple intelligence theory in 1983, it posed huge influences upon the global educational circles and changed the educational past students view, teaching view and teaching goals. Since kindergarten regional activity was introduced into china in the 1990 s, it has been well-received by infants, but creation and guidance of kindergarten regional environment still need improving due to influences from society, kindergarten, teachers and other factors. Thus, multiple intelligence theory will be very conducive to cultivating all-side talents, promoting personality development of infants, and raising professional expansion and educational practice of teachers. Where as there are no domestic in-depth studies of infant education, this paper, through referencing domestic and overseas researches on teaching of multiple intelligence theory and creation and guidance of kindergarten regional environment, studies multiple intelligence-based creation and guidance of the regional environment of five kindergartens in Linyi City by means of questionnaire survey, interview, case analysis and observational method. This paper has been divided into four parts:Introduction: reasons of topic selection, objectives, significance and main contents are introduced.Value, connotation and characteristics of multiple intelligence-based creation and guidance of kindergarten regional environment are thoroughly analyzed and described in the first part.The status quo of multiple intelligence-based creation and guidance of kindergarten regional environment is studied in the second part. The author carries out an in-depth investigation of the teaching concept and problems existing in the regional environment creation and guidance thorough the questionnaire, observation and interview to kindergarten leader and front-line teachers.Causes of problems existing in multiple intelligence-based creation and guidance of kindergarten regional environment are analyzed in the third part. Based on the analysis of the survey data obtained from the second part, the author discusses main problems existing in multiple intelligence-based creation and guidance of kindergarten regional environment, including education view and view on children of teachers, role definition of teachers, creation and guidance of regional environment as well as regional evaluation. Causes cover social factors, factors of kindergarten and factors of teachers.The author delivers a strategic thinking of multiple intelligence-based creation and guidance of kindergarten regional environment in the fourth part. Effective strategies for multiple intelligence-based creation and guidance of kindergarten regional environment are raised, including the establishment of a correct view on children and education, the establishment of creation and guidance objectives of diversified regional environment, and the improvement of the multiple intelligence-based creation and guidance level of kindergarten regional environment based on the above-mentioned strategies. |
