In recent years,the state has issued a number of policies to improve the quality of preschool education in rural areas,such as the action plan for the revitalization of teacher education(2018-2022),which proposes to establish and improve the supporting service system for the growth and development of rural teachers,and carry out actions to improve the quality of rural teachers.Provide professional support for rural kindergarten teachers is to improve the rural preschool teachers' quality,effective way to promote the development of rural preschool education,this requires that we should not only focus on the difficulties and problems of rural kindergarten teachers' professional development,and also should pay attention to the professional development of the vision and hope,so as to affect the potential positive qualities and strength of the development of rural kindergarten teachers.Therefore,this study selects teachers' self-vision as the entry point to understand the characteristics and influencing factors of rural kindergarten teachers' professional development.Teachers' self-vision is the part of their ideal self related to their career.It expresses their identity as teachers,what kind of teacher they most want to be,which is an important premise for teachers to pursue their own sense of value.By paying attention to the self-vision of rural kindergarten teachers,we can have a clearer understanding of their grasp of their own value and their future development direction,so as to provide support for the development of rural kindergarten teachers.In this study,the characteristics of rural kindergarten teachers' self-vision were deeply analyzed by questionnaire method,and the main factors affecting the construction of rural kindergarten teachers' self-vision were analyzed by combining interviews with rural kindergarten teachers.The research results are as follows: 1.The overall characteristics of rural kindergarten teachers' self-vision.The main period for the establishment of rural kindergarten teachers' self-vision is as a kindergarten teacher.The main characteristics of rural kindergarten teachers' self-vision are "relatively clear","far" and "broad".2.There are differences in the characteristics of rural kindergarten teachers' self-vision in different career stages.3.There are differences in the characteristics of self-vision between professional and non-professional kindergarten teachers at the same career stage.4.Rural preschool teachers' self vision to build the main influence factors including work needs,profession,specialty,family,colleagues,parents,children of teachers,parents,a role model,young children can get better education,talent show,a promotion and pay increase way,happy work,such as security and ideas of their own wishes.1.Preschool teacher training colleges and universities should strengthen the self-vision education of preschool education students.2.Kindergartens should actively understand the self-vision of kindergarten teachers and provide support for the realization of teachers' self-vision.3.Kindergarten teachers should build a reasonable and clear self-vision based on their own reality,and carry out extreme actions and other Suggestions on the realization of self-vision.
