Research On The Implementation Of The Student Physical Health Report System In Jiangsu Province

Research objective:Jiangsu province students physical health report system is a new era background in jiangsu province students physical health promotion in a major work measure.The physical health of students report system in three aspects of government,school,family,the execution of the present situation investigation,discovered the main problems existing in the implementation,the cause of affecting the physical health of students report system implementation to carry on the analysis,put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures,in order to further improve the system of physical health report,provides some references for the optimal execution.Research object and methods:This study USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,The implementation of the physical health of students in jiangsu province report system as the research object,The physical health of students in jiangsu province report system involved in the implementation process of the government administrative personnel,teachers,students,parents,etc as the investigation object.Research results:(1)By the end of August 2018,88.7%of the students in the province have submitted physical health information.Of the 1,665 students surveyed,95.26 percent received the report.Of the 1,686 parents surveyed,97.27 percent received the report.(2)At the government level,The system of students' physical health report should be implemented by issuing official documents,holding work deployment meetings and organizing relevant training.At the school level,all the schools investigated by this research institute have arranged the work of physical health report,and physical education teachers can operate according to the required implementation steps,but the links such as reviewing and signing the report and collecting the parents' receipt still need to be strengthened.At the family level,the vast majority of parents are able to sign the return slip and give feedback as required,and urge their children to implement relevant Suggestions.(3)Students,Parents and PE teachers all believe that the daily dietary nutrition Suggestions and weak sports intervention Suggestions in the students' physical health report need to be improved.National data management system and provincial information management system,some data formats are incompatible.There is no clear supervision mechanism for the implementation of the physical health reports of schools at all levels.(4)Primary school physical education teachers attach the highest importance to physical health report,and high school physical education teachers have the lowest;primary school fifth grade students have the highest attention to physical health report,and high school second grade students have the lowest;different "educational" levels and different "ages" Parents have different attitudes toward physical health reports.Research conclusion:(1)On the whole,Jiangsu province students' physical health report system has been well implemented and has produced some implementation effects.(2)At the government level,Three measures have been taken to ensure the effective implementation of the physical health report system.(3)At the school level,all kinds of schools attach great importance to the work of students' physical health report.The vast majority of schools can study and improve school physical education and health education according to the results of physical reports and parents' feedback.(4)At the family level,the vast majority of parents can comply with the requirements of students' physical health report.And after receiving the report,the emphasis on physical health was increased.(5)The system of students' physical health report has some problems,such as excessively specialized content,incompatible data of information management platform,insufficient allocation of executive resources,and imperfect effect evaluation mechanism.(6)The implementation effect is affected by the deficiencies of the policy itself,the lack of linkage and connection between the policy executing agencies,the difference in the value orientation between the executing subject and the object,and the insufficient environmental support for the policy implementation.
