A Practical Study Of Mutual Assistance Group Intervention In The Social Dilemma Of The Elderly Follower

With family interests as the starting point of migration,the elderly with migrants are burdened with the dual special identities of the floating population and the elderly.The ideal life mirror image of living with younger generations and enjoying family happiness is gradually shattering,and the solidified concepts and norms are incompatible in unfamiliar cities.Except for the family field,there are no familiar people in the place of entry,interpersonal relationships are disrupted,social support is forced to be interrupted,and "social poverty" is faced.This study chooses the elderly in community D as the study group,and according to the guidance of relevant theories,explores the practical path of group work to intervene the social dilemma of the elderly in the community,promotes the construction of the social relationship network of the elderly in the community,and then enhances the happiness of the elderly in their old age in different places.This study is divided into four parts,the first part mainly elaborated the research background,idea and method of content,meanwhile,it analyzes the theoretical basis of this article,reviews and sorts out the relevant research results of the social interaction of the elderly with migration at home and abroad,understands the basic status quo,influencing factors,and intervention strategies of social work in the social interaction of the elderly with migration,and provides relevant references for the research of this article;the second part elaborates on the social status of the elderly with migration in D community,and analyzes their problems and needs;in the third part,eight elders from D community are the group service objects.Intervene based on relevant theories and rationally use group work methods and skills.Through five related thematic activities,assist the elderly with migration to explore and demonstrate their own advantages and make full use of the learned social skills.At the same time,improve the mutual assistance relationship between group members,help the elderly with migration to improve their social difficulties,stitch and reconstruct a healthy and comfortable social network,and test and evaluate the effectiveness of group intervention;the fourth part summarizes and reflects on group services.Through the group work research of social work,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the reason why the research subjects face social difficulties is due to the restriction of distance after moving,the lack of personal social skills,the lack of community attention and other comprehensive factors.By providing group work services,under the theory of empowerment,assisting clients to re-examine themselves,tap their hidden abilities,realize "psychological empowerment",and improve the ability to passively adapt to negative interpersonal circles to actively build a benign social network;Secondly,according to the theory of social learning,the client is guided to learn interpersonal skills,and the skills are used to improve the social dilemma of the elderly who move with them,enhance the interaction,and finally break the social division.Therefore,group work has an important guiding role in improving the social dilemma of the elderly with migrants.The relevant theoretical guidance is applicable and provides a certain reference for related research in the future.
