Recording plays an important role in the development of both children and teachers.The guidance of teachers on recording reflects the professional quality of teachers and affects the realization of the value of recording for children.This study starts from the behavior of teachers guiding children to record.Firstly,the reasons and types of record sheets provided by teachers are understood.Then explore the specific behavior and problems in the recording of children in the middle class under teacher guidance.This paper discusses the behavioral factors that influence teachers' guidance of children's records in the middle class,and triggers teachers' thinking on guidance of children's records.This study mainly adopts interview method,observation method and work analysis method to interview the reasons behind the behaviors of 8 teachers guiding children to record in 2 kindergartens in N city,and analyzes the 60 record sheets collected and the activities organized by 18 teachers to record children.It is found that the reasons for teachers to provide the record sheet mainly include promoting the development of children,serving education and teaching,responding to authority and imitating groups.The types of record sheet mainly include experimental record sheet,plan record sheet and self-expression record sheet.The problems existing in the teacher's behavior of instructing children to record mainly include seven aspects:neglecting children's experience and interest,neglecting children's thinking and experience,neglecting individual children's demand for record,lacking rationality in evaluation,pursuing good record,failing to provide a loose communication environment for record,and lacking rational utilization of record resources.Based on the above study,the author from three aspects:their own teachers,kindergartens,social analysis of related affecting factors to teachers teaching view,teachers' professional knowledge and ability,the views on children was associated,communications between the kindergarten group cooperation,evaluation system of the kindergarten,kindergarten observation activities,education laws,regulations and policies related to the promotion and the influence of traditional culture,and from the above three aspects to better support young children record provides some reference opinions.
