On The Exploration And Practice Of Innovative Teaching Methods In Colleges And Universities

Since twenty-first Century,China’s scientific and technological level and education level are in a state of continuous development,especially the rapid speed of development of science and technology,innovation has become an important driving force for national development,cultivate and improve the innovation ability of future successors into an era of education focus.Because of our innovative teaching started late,although early in 1980 s began the audio-visual education,but for a long time under the influence of traditional education mode,the use of innovative teaching methods of the current still has great limitation,students’ innovative practical ability should be improved,in view of this,this paper discusses the the innovation of teaching method in modern educational technology as the basis of the principle.Firstly,the modern educational technology and innovative teaching method are discussed,and the basic connotation and characteristics of innovative teaching method and modern education are understood.In modern educational technology,the main model of autonomous learning,cooperative learning and inquiry learning mode,these types of teaching often exist in the innovation of teaching method in classroom teaching of three different teaching modes of cooperation,to foster a number of quality objectives in a teaching.Secondly,it analyzes constructivism learning theory and modern instructional design theory,and makes it as the basis of constructing innovative teaching method.The implementation conditions of university innovation teaching method are analyzed,including the requirements for teachers and students to the requirements and the requirements of college teaching interaction platform,the three is the essential factor to carry out the process of innovative teaching methods,the lack of any one of them teaching factors to innovative teaching methods.The innovative teaching methods include teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching situation,teaching process,teaching feedback and regulation content,these content is an important link in teaching design and practice in the process of innovation.The core of innovative teaching is to cultivate students’ ability of autonomous learning,autonomous exploration,analysis and solve problems independently,innovative teaching method based on modern educational technology,emphasizes the interaction of students,so as to maximize the mining the potential of students,to cultivate students’ innovation ability.Finally,the case analysis based on modern educational technology innovation supporting teaching method,teaching design,including the employment guidance course teaching practice,practice effect analysis and practice content of reflection,the superiority of the teaching practice and its analysis teaching method innovation.Modern educational technology guided by the advanced educational theory,with advanced information technology,science and technology play advantage in the new situation of the education reform,the use of innovative teaching methods of modern educational technology will become more popular,more and more deeply based on.
