With the flying development of society, the multi-media technique, network technique and intelligence science and technology development have made mankind follow a new ages--information ages. At the same time the knowledge also starts transforming, growth and renew, which brought a huge challenge for education. To adapt to this change, the international communities become more magnificent and victoriously which carry on the education reform taking "educational information" as a sign. On the educational information pushing, it also strongly promoted support for providing the teaching quality of classroom. However, the last few years the high school's scale (include Normal University) is continuously extension, student's effective time of study also be continuously reducing, and parts of university students also because of lack certain knowledge and technical ability, appeared the phenomenon of "return to stove" in succession, so we can see, the teaching usefulness of high teacher isn't very ideal.To see from now, part of campus teachers remained regarding traditional teaching method as principle, and mainly present content of course is related to resources with "PPT". Their teaching ability can't change as teaching environment changes. And also they are not able to make full use of environment and condition provided by educational information, which to some extent severity influenced the promoting of teaching quality. A competition of national strength depends on the competition of talented persons. Normal University, as the organization nurturing the talented person of society needs, the improvement of the classroom teaching quality will directly influence social development speed. Therefore, at so sig situation of information globalization, the research on how to improve the classroom effect of Normal University in Xinjiang becomes quite necessary.This text induces and explores the main factors influencing the campus teaching usefulness in information-based environment through research on bibliography at the beginning, and then uses this as the main criteria evaluating teaching usefulness. Then the author selects three teachers teaching public lesson《The Modern educational technology》as research object, mainly develop an activity research. In understanding the foundation of basic circumstance in the school and teaching present condition, this article interferes above each impacting factors involved, and versifies teaching process. Before each activity study, the author will adjust the next activity to plan by observing and practicing experience according to the classroom. And according to develop process of an activity research this article puts forward a strategy suggestion to the different problem appearing so that can work well preparation for next activity research. And in the study process in the activity, the article will notice backlog typical model case so that can provide more references for front-line teacher.On the basis of studying the main factors influencing the effect of teaching within environment of information globalization, This research interferes the teaching of Normal University, and then put forward four typical model cases. By interview, data-collecting and comparison the teaching effect are improved to some degree. And then this article induces the main factors influencing the effect of teaching within improved information globalization, and put forward some suggestions for problems according to the experience in the process of research.
