Analysis Of The Reasons For The Loss Of Students In Secondary Vocational Schools And The Study Of Countermeasures

Secondary vocational education is an important component of vocational education.Speeding up the development of secondary vocational education is an important link in the reform and development of education.In recent years,the state has increased its support and investment in secondary vocational education,which has greatly promoted the development of secondary vocational education.However,in the background of the vigorous development of secondary vocational education,there are still some problems and shortcomings.Among them,the phenomenon of student dropout in secondary vocational schools is one of the major questions that restrict the healthy development of secondary vocational education.The loss of students not only affects the survival and stability of the medium occupation school orderly,also let the part of secondary vocational students are deprived of education,it is difficult to achieve self healthy growth;and most of the secondary vocational school students age is still small,early into the community,will also bring some social problems.How to control the loss of students in secondary vocational schools,and seek effective coping strategies,the steady development of secondary vocational education,and even the stability and harmony of the whole society,is an important topic worthy of our in-depth study.Based on the current background of China's secondary vocational education development,and aiming at the loss of secondary vocational school students,this paper takes J school as an example to carry out the investigation and study.Through literature search,data collection,compilation of distributed questionnaires and statistical analysis,found that students in secondary vocational schools mainly exist in society,cause loss of their families,students,schools and secondary vocational education management system,the comprehensive effect of these reasons,mutual influence.According to the above findings and the development law of secondary vocational education,the author puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the positive publicity,strengthen the communication between home and school,promote the connotative development of secondary vocational education,and construct the scientific secondary vocational education system.
