As an important component of China's education system,private vocational colleges are developing vigorously,especially with the strong support of the recent national policies.However,there are some deficiencies in teacher motivating measure in private vocational colleges because of teacher's status and other issues.Taking private vocational colleges in C city as an example,this study has carried out extensive research on four aspects,such as teacher salaries and benefits,work environment and pressure,training system,stability and interest.With the information obtained by the questionnaire survey and on-site interview,the author finds that there are some deficiencies of teacher inspiring mechanism in private colleges such as the single incentive mechanism,insignificance in the excitation gradient,the deficiency of excitation,no differences between different post motivation mechanisms.Finally,combining the relevant theories,the author puts forward the improvement strategy and the concrete optimization suggestion from four aspects,such as constructing diversified inspiring mechanism,optimizing the teacher inspiring gradient,increasing the total amount of inspiring,and promoting the post motivation and guidance.
