Since the reform and opening up,especially since the promulgation of Private Education Promotion Law in 2002,private education in China has developed rapidly and has become an important part of socialist education.On November 7,2016,the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress adopted the Decision on Amending the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting Private Education,which provides legal guarantee for deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education and promoting the healthy development of private education.This amendment is an important measure to implement the strategic deployment of the Central Education reform.As an important part of private education,private higher education plays a key role in promoting social and economic development.As a part of private higher education,private higher vocational colleges are also constantly developing.The scale of teachers has increased greatly.As an important part of the development of teachers,the training of new teachers in private higher vocational colleges plays a vital role in providing high-quality running schools,realizing connotative development and reforming the way of personnel training.This paper takes the Q project of Shanghai private universities as an example,and chooses the new teachers of private higher vocational colleges as the main research object.By using questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper investigates the current situation of the new teachers' training in this project.The research contents include the training courses,time,methods,teachers,and the effectiveness of the training.Guo et al.The results show that the problems and reasons of the training of new teachers in private higher vocational colleges can be summarized from three aspects: inappropriate training time arrangement;lack of pertinence in the content of training courses and too simplified form;imperfect assessment principles in training;not strict selection process of trainees;and from the school level: new teachers Teacher training is not paid enough attention;the corresponding training incentive mechanism is not perfect;from the personal level of teachers: new teachers lack initiative in training;lack of awareness of training.In view of the above problems,the author also gives suggestions from three aspects: the training party should arrange training time reasonably,understand the training needs of teachers,adopt more targeted training content,adopt diversified and flexible training mode,optimize assessment methods,strictly control the selection process of trainees;the school should establish and improve the guarantee of new teacher training system,and build a reasonable economy.The new teachers should plan the relationship between working time and training time,enhance self-development awareness,and improve the initiative and enthusiasm of training and learning.
