The purpose of the research.High altitude anoxia is an important reason that influence tourism in the plateau,life and work.In addition,plateau training is likely to cause early appearance,deep level and slow recovery of exercise fatigue.Therefore,it is an important topic to prevent the occurrence of Plateau diseases and improve the adaptability and exercise capacity of the plateau.The matrimony vine has a variety of biological functions such as enhanced immunity,anti-hypoxia,and anti-fatigue.The fruit quality of Qaidam matrimony vine in our province is excellent,which is an important nutritional supplement for both diet and therapy.Therefore,it is of great importance to strengthen the research on the influence of Qaidam red matrimony vine on the adaptability and exercise capacity of the plateau,to develop the economic value and market of the unique plants in the plateau and to improve plateau green economy and the development of sports and sports industry.The research method.The object of study are 18 objects of the Player Endurance Program(medium-long run,marathon),who are divided into the experimental group and the control group.Among them,there are 10 people in the experimental group with an average age of 21.00±3.71 years and there are 8 people in the control group with an average age of 19.38±3.11 years old.The research site is at the Dopa Plateau Sports Training Base in Qinghai Province with an altitude of 2366 m,which mainly uses literature research,experimental methods,logic analysis,data statistics and other research methods.The training program is conducted by the experimental group and the control group for about 30 days in the Qinghai Dopa.After the plateau training,the follow-up is followed for 1 month to observe the sustained effect.The experimental scheme: the experimental group uses the desert red 100% matrimony vine juice every day during the plateau training.The method of drinking it is 2/times(50 ml/branch)before going to bed every day.The control group does not drink matrimony vine juice.At the same time,the relevant indicators such as vital capacity,HRrest,oxyhemoglobin saturation,and RPE table are monitored.Research result.Both vital capacity shows an increasing trend with the extension of plateau training time.The result of the first time in the experimental group is4095.60ml±447.02 ml,the result at the end of plateau training is 4591.75ml±703.11 ml with an increase of 12.11%;the result of the control group for the first time is3991.50ml±310.06 ml,the result at end of the plateau training is 4242.33ml±657.16 ml with an increase of 5.83%.There is no obvious difference(P>0.05),but the improvement of the experimental group is greater than that of the control group.The oxyhemoglobin saturation of both groups shows an upward trend.In the experimental group,the oxyhemoglobin saturation in the initial time is 92.70%±1.42%,and the oxyhemoglobin saturation at the end of the plateau training is 94.17%±1.17% with an increase of1.59%,the difference is obvious(P<0.05).The oxyhemoglobin saturation in the initial time of the control group is 92.63%±.2.07%,and the oxyhemoglobin saturation at the end of plateau training is 93.40%±1.17%with an increase rate of0.83%,but there is no obvious difference(P>0.05).The increase of the experimental group is greater than that of the control group.The HRest of the experimental group is58.70(time/min)±6.29(time/min)at the beginning of the plateau and it is56.50(time/min)±7.66(time/min)at the end of the plateau training with a decreasing range of 3.75%.The control group shows an upward trend with an initial oxygen saturation of 62.00(time/min)±7.91(time/min)to the plateau.At the end of the training stage,the increase is 63.80(time/min)±6.61(time/min)with an increase rate of 2.9%.There is no obvious difference(P>0.05).The RPE of the RPE experimental group is11.85±1.70 at the early time of the plateau,with an obvious increase on the 12 th and21st days(P<0.05).The plateau training decreases slightly to 13.00±1.69 at the end of the plateau training,but it is basically at 11~13” tired indicator.The initial RPE value of the control group is 13.63±1.36,and the RPE value of the 31 st day of the final phase increases to 16±1.41 with an increase of 17.39%.The difference is obvious(P<0.05),which is “very tired” from the basic value to “very tired”.The increase in the control group is greater than that in the experimental group.The research conclusions.1)The vital capacity of the experimental group and the control group shows an increasing trend with the extension of plateau training time,but the increase of vital capacity in the experimental group is greater than that of the control group,which indicates that red matrimony vine juice has a positive effect on increasing vital capacity.2)The experimental group and the control group gradually increase the oxyhemoglobin saturation during the plateau training stage,and the oxyhemoglobin saturation increases at the end of the plateau training.The difference is obvious(P<0.05),but the control group does not show an increase obviously at the end of the plateau training(P>0.05),which indicates that red matrimony vine juice has an active role in improving the adaptability of hypoxia training and increasing training intensity and training volume.3)In the experimental group,the HRrest of the plateau gradually decreases while the HRrest of the control group shows an upward trend,which indicate that the red matrimony vine juice can lower the heart rate,promote the cardiovascular system function,and increase the stroke volume and cardiac output.The diastolic phase is relatively prolonged.4)The RPE of the experimental group and the control group shows an increasing trend with the extension of the plateau training time,which is related to the increase of exercise load intensity in the middle and late stages of plateau training.However,compared with the initial stage of the plateau training between the two groups,the RPE of the experimental group is basically between 11~13 “relaxed and tired”,and there is no obvious difference;while the RPE of the control group is 12~16 between “a little tired” and “very tired”.That is to say,the subjective sensation intensity of the control group is greater than that of the experimental group.This is related to the beneficial changes in physiological functions such as increased vital capacity,decreased heart rate,and increased oxygen saturation in the experimental group.Moreover,the red matrimony vine juice improves the athlete's functional status,promotes fatigue recovery and adaptability to the plateau environment,and improves mental state.This is related to subjective sensation,which suggests that red matrimony vine juice has a positive effect on promoting the adaptability of the plateau environment and fatiguerecovery and that it can be used as a nutritional supplement for athletes during plateau training.At the same time,blood,together with indicators of hypoxia adaptation factor and genomics are adopted to conduct the mechanism research which discusses the influence of red matrimony vine on human exercise capacity and altitude adaptability.
