Research purposes:To improve the balance of ordinary female college students, and promote the overall development of the physical quality of ordinary female college students. This paper studies the balance ability of ordinary female college students through 18-week balance pad training, discusses the influence of balance pad training on the balance ability of ordinary female college students, and provides more training methods and experimental basis for improving the balance ability of ordinary female college students, and further deepens. And a wealth of knowledge about balance skills.Research methods:This study mainly uses the literature data method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method to study the balance ability of ordinary female college students, select static balance(closed eyes, one foot standing, one foot forefoot standing)and dynamic balance(eight points star)For the experimental test indicators, the balance pad training was used as an intervention method. The experimental research was conducted on 49 ordinary female college students of 2018 in Shaanxi Normal University. The SPSS23.0 software was used to calculate the test data before and after the experiment. The influence of balance pad training before and after the experiment on the balance ability of ordinary female college students was analyzed. Results:By comparing the changes in the indicators of the body balance ability of the subjects before and after the experiment, the following results were obtained:(1)There was a difference between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and the experimental group had significant difference(P<0.01).(2)Before and after the experiment, the control group of the forefoot of the one foot was different(P<0.05),the left foot of the experimental group had significant difference(P<0.01),and the right foot had a very significant difference(P<0.001).(3)There was a difference between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and the experimental group had significant difference(P<0.01).(4)There was no significant difference between the left support and the right support in the 8-point star-offset test before and after the experiment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the left support, the three points and the four points in the experimental group(P<0.01).The two points had very significant differences(P<0.001),five points and six points were different(P<0.05),and seven points and eight points were not dif-ferent(P>0.05);the experimental group supported one point and three.Point and four points were significantly different(P<0.01),two points, five points, six points, seven points were different(P<0.05),eight points were not different(P>0.05),and the growth rate was passed. The comparison found thatthe growth rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Analysis conclusion:(1)Before and after the experiment, the test results of the closecd-leg standing and the single-foot forefoot standing test of the control group and the experimental group were improved, but the test scores of the experimental group were improved more significantly, indicating that the one-leg training on the balance pad is more effective in improving the static balance ability.(2)Before and after the experiment, the results of the closed-field and eight-point star-offset test of the control group and the experirmental group were improved, but the test scores of the experimental group improved more significantly, indicating that the one-leg training on the balance pad improved the dynamic balance ability.effective.
