Objective:To investigate and test the building environment,Physical activity and fitness fitness level of residential residents aged 16-65 years in Lianhu District of Xi'an City,and analyze the correlation between building environment and Physical activity and fitness fitness level.The architectural environmental factors that affect the Physical activity of residents and the correlation between the built environment and the fitness of residents.Methods:The residents of 16-65 years old in Lianhu District were randomly selected to fill in the NEWS-A and IPAQ-L questionnaires.They were divided into old age group,middle age group,youth group,male group and female group according to different ages and genders.The residents of the groupconducted an analysis of the correlation between the built environment and Physical activities and the fitness fitness.Results:1.The correlation between the building environment and residents'physical activities:the building density and the physical activities related to traffic in the vicinity of the overall residential buildings presented a significant negative correlation,P<0.05;the walkable areas near the residential buildings presented a significant positive correlation with the physical activities related to daily life,P<0.05;2.There was a significant positive correlation between traffic condition and traffic-related physical activity in the residential area of the elderly group P<0.05,and a significant negative correlation between building density and traffic-related physical activity in the residential area of the middle-aged group P<0.05,and a significant positive correlation between road and traffic-related physical activity in the residential area P<0.05.The physical activities of male residents are mainly leisure sports.The walkable area near the residence is positively correlated with the surrounding environment and the physical activities related to leisure sports.P<0.05,the building density near female residential buildings is negatively correlated with the physical activity related to traffic P<0.05.2.The correlation between building environment and residents'health and physical fitness:in the high level physical activity group,the social security situation and living environment have a very significant positive correlation with grip strength(left and right),P<0.01;There was a significant negative correlation between road and lung capacity in the residential area,P<0.01;Social security and living environment were significantly positively correlated with sitting posture forward flexion P<0.01 and lung capacity P<0.05.In the median-level physical activity group,there was a significant positive correlation between service convenience and BMI,and a significant negative correlation between service convenience and sitting posture forward flexion,P<0.05.There was a significant negative correlation between road and body fat percentage in the residential area,P<0.05.There was also a significant negative correlation between the setting of shops in the nearby area and the sitting body forward bending,P<0.05;There was a significant negative correlation between the social security around the residence and the living environment and the total jump height of residents,P<0.05.In the youth group,there was a significant negative correlation between road,social security,living environment and grip strength,P<0.01.There was a significant positive correlation between the nearby walkable area and the sitting body forward flexion P<0.05.The transaction related to the setting of shops in the nearby area has a very significant negative correlation with the vertical jump height,P<0.01.In the male group,there was a significant negative correlation between the road near the residence and BMI P<0.05.There was a positive correlation between the convenience of using services in the vicinity of the residence and the significance,P<0.05;There was a significant positive correlation between the number of push-ups and the walkable area near the residence,P<0.05.There was a significant negative correlation between the social security and the living environment and the average reaction time,P<0.05.There was a significant negative correlation between the setting of shops in the vicinity of the residence and the sitting body bending,P<0.05.Conclusion:1)young and middle-aged people should take part in more physical exercises after work to improve their physical activity level.Female residents should increase physical activities while doing housework.2)residents in different groups have different proportions of physical activity types and different correlations with different building environment factors.3)when enhancing residents' physical activity intervention,building environment factors related to the type of physical activity should be considered.
