In recent years,students' social adaptability has been increasingly concerned by the national government and has become one of the most important goals of the school's "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards".Middle school students are at the stage of puberty development,which is the second peak of physical and psychological development and the key period of socialization of life.The majority of middle school students in the new era are the only children in the "4?2?1" family.Many things are replaced by parents' arrangements.Teachers and parents unilaterally pursue higher education rates and neglect the cultivation of students' social adaptability,leading to students'social adaptability.Lower,a series of social problems such as high scores,low energy,dropping out of school,suicide,and crime eventually emerged,which seriously affected the healthy development of young people.Line dance is a fitness exercise program that combines dance,music,sports,culture,etc.,with a variety of dance steps and paragraph loops,and incorporates various fashion dances and pop music.During the line dance training,students communicated and communicated with each other in a more direct,vivid,and focused manner.Through continuous communication,they deepened the feelings between teachers and students and among students,improved interpersonal relationships,and experienced similar social encounters.The various scenarios to achieve the effect of improving junior high school students' social adaptability.This article takes the effect of line dance training on the social adaptability of junior middle school students as the research object,and uses literature data,expert interviews,experimentation,scales,and mathematical statistics,etc.,for the second grade junior high school 89 students in Luohe Middle School of Yangzhou City.Conducting an experimental study of 16 weeks of line dance training and regular physical education teaching,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)After 16 weeks of experimentation,line dance training and regular physical education teaching have improved the overall social adaptability of junior middle school students.line dance training has significant influence on the social adaptability of junior high school students;The improvement of social adaptability is greater than that of conventional physical education,and it has significant significance.(2)After 16 weeks of experimentation,line dance training has improved the three dimensions of junior high school students' self-awareness,social communication,and frustration and tolerance.It has significant significance;learning adaptability,interpersonal relationship in school,family environment adaptability are also three dimensions.It has been improved but it is not significant.(3)After 16 weeks of experiment,Regular physical education has improved the adaptation of junior middle school students' family environment.It has significant significance;the five dimensions of learning adaptation,self-awareness,social interaction adaptation,frustration tolerance,and interpersonal relationships within schools have been improved,but not significant.(4)After 16 weeks of experiment,line dance training for junior middle school students to adapt to learning,self-awareness,social interaction,interpersonal relationship,frustration tolerance increased greater than regular physical education,line dance training for students to improve social interaction The amplitude is significantly greater than conventional physical education,and it has significant significance.Suggestion:(1)Introduce the dance dance movement into the middle school sports syllabus to enrich the content of the middle school sports curriculum.(2)The content of line dance training should be fashionable,interesting,entertaining,and diverse.It should also increase junior high school students' interest in physical education so that students actively participate in physical exercise and improve their physical and mental health.(3)In the process of line dance training,the characteristics of physical and mental development of the junior middle school students should be fully taken into account.The arrangement of line dance moves from simple to difficult,and the rhythm of music selection is clear.Arrange dance teaching arrangements and display in groups,fully mobilize the students'enthusiasm for learning,and give full play to students' ability to unite and cooperate,thereby improving students' social adaptability.(4)If the conditions permit,fully expand the experimental sample,extend the experimental time,make the effect after the experiment more obvious,increase the credibility.
