Research On The Promotion Of Roller Skating In Nanjing Elementary Schools Under The Background Of Ice And Snow Sports Entering The Campus

Today,when mass ice-snow activities are flourishing,many areas have introduced the policy of snow sports into the campus in order to achieve the goal of popularizing the sport among young people.There is a close relationship between ice-snow sports and roller skating,and there are close links in technical movements,tactical types,and material selection.In view of the commonality between the two,it can be found that the interaction between ice-snow sports into the campus and the roller skating project is interactive.On the one hand,the ice-snow sports movement into the campus has a strong role in promoting the promotion of roller skating projects in schools,providing them with policies,talents,material resources and financial support.At the same time,promoting roller skating in campus is conducive to popularizing ice-snow sports culture and mining ice-snow sports talents,etc.According to the mobility characteristics of sports projects,in order to implement the strategy of "ice-snow sports into the campus" and build a "world skating capital city",which will promote the all-round development of young people,the author believes that it is necessary to study roller skating promotion in primary school in the background of "ice-snow sports into the campus".By selecting the 12 schools that set up roller skating courses in Nanjing as the survey objects,and choosing the questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the related problems of promoting roller skating in campus,it comes the conclusion.On the one hand,with the help of the Youth Olympic Games,the initial development of the roller skating movement in Nanjing has been supported by the government,associations,schools,parents and other parties.At the same time,the schools have also shown a positive attitude in the participation of the competition.On the other hand,the roller skating movement in Nanjing primary school still faces some problems in the process of promotion.For example,in concept level,the school leaders and teachers give insufficient attention to the promotion of roller skating.Their attitudes and values towards promoting roller skating need to be improved.Besides,the campus hardware facilities restrict the development of roller skating.The lack of professional roller skating teachers and insufficient funds limit the development of roller skating in campus.Additionally,the system has not yet established a sound incentive and supervision mechanism,and the security guarantee system needs to be improved.There are very few exchanges of skating activities inside and outside the school,and the schools have little enthusiasm in participating in the roller skating events.Based on this,SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of roller skating promotion in campus.By constructing SWOT matrix,the passage put forward corresponding development strategies from government,association,school,parents and other multi-faceted aspects.In the SO dimension,the text believes it's important to seize every opportunities and enhance the promotion of roller skating.The government should play a leading role in giving full play to the value of roller skating and using social coaching resources to benefit the students.In the WO dimension,it is urgent to improve the complexity of equipment and the efficiency of roller skating teaching;formulate roller skating related materials to accelerate the development of school-based curriculum;strengthen safety knowledge education and reduce the risk factors.In the ST dimension,it is necessary to exert the maximum value of roller skating promotion and establish a multi-objective value system;the government should strengthen financial support to solve the problem of insufficient venues;and establish a sound supervision mechanism.In the WT dimension,the management system should be improved,a comprehensive promotion plan should be formulated,and mass communication should be used to build a comprehensive promotion platform;the association should organize teachers' skills training to improve teaching quality and rectify the shortcomings in promotion and implementation,and strengthen communications among schools.
