China's vocational education is booming with the social progress and the time variation.Due to the upgrading and changes of the social industrial structure,the training objectives of vocational education have also changed,and strive to adapt to the development needs of economic society.In the development of vocational education,professional consciousness has gradually emerged as an important factor affecting students' future learning and development.In recent years,with the narrowing of general schools' enrollment index,the scale of secondary vocational schools has continued to expand,and the number of secondary vocational students facing employment has also increased.If secondary vocational students want to have a favorable competitive advantage in the job market,good professional consciousness will be their powerful weapon.Based on the above background,this study focuses on the following issues:(1)The current status of professional consciousness of secondary vocational students,including specific performance and existing problems;(2)How to cultivate and optimize from various aspects in view of the status quo professional consciousness of vocational students.First of all,the author clarifies the background and significance of this research,and determines the purpose,content,idea and method of this research through theoretical basis of existing research and the analysis at home and abroad.Secondly,the definition of professional consciousness and its main research contents are derived from the definition of occupation and consciousness.On this basis,the study mainly uses questionnaires and interviews,and takes the secondary vocational students of Nanjing S school as the research object to understand the status quo of their professional consciousness,and combines the results of teachers' interview and the experience of internship observation.From different angles to analyze the causes of problems,and then correspondingly from the perspective of society,school and family,put forward effective strategies to cultivate professional consciousness of secondary vocational students.Through investigative research,the author finds that the professional consciousness of secondary vocational students has a good development trend,and the overall appearance is positive,but there are still existing some problems,for example,secondary vocational students are lack of clear learning objectives and accurate self-positioning,and the expectation for future careers is generally biased high,professional ethics and team awareness are relatively weak.The reason is that in addition to the limitations of the developmental characteristics of secondary vocational students,it also includes:social environment affects the benign development of professional consciousness,the lack of necessary professional consciousness training in secondary vocational schools,and the lack of guidance of professional consciousness from family education.Therefore,we should cultivate the professional consciousness of secondary vocational students from the following aspects:(1)Create a culture atmosphere of professional consciousness through the active force of the society;(2)Strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission of the high-quality professional person in secondary vocational schools;(3)Strive for the strength of family education and lay the foundation for professional consciousness.
