Along with the serious job taking tendency, the companies calls more requirements for the labor force in professional ethic besides the working skills. Thus, the Secondary Vocational Schools are forced to face the fact that how to enhance the future industrial workers’ Professional Ethics.With the purpose of cultivating the students’ professional ethic, we try to research the students’ cognition about the professional ethic. We try to find the elements from roots which may influence their consciousness. Then, we may take the further step to turn the professional ethic education from outer irrigation into inner requirements. Finally, we may find the way to connect the professional ethic with the students’ study life and to realize the comprehensive promotion of the students’ qualities.This paper, with the students of Shanghai certain secondary vocational school as the example, has straightened out the theoretical knowledge of professional ethics consciousness, made an interpretation for the definition and constituents of professional ethics consciousness, and by analyzing the data from a series of questionnaires, this paper has also explored the affecting elements and offered three educational proposals on the contents, judgment criterion and selection mode of professional ethics.The part of introduction in chapter one mainly discussed the research background, significance, aims and approaches in this thesis, and by reference from literature explained the definition and constituents of professional ethics and analyzed some related research results.Chapter two is mainly about the design and implementation of the survey questionnaires, including the design of questions, instructions of its reliability and validity, as well as its implementation status.To get a conclusion about the current situation of professional ethics consciousness of secondary vocational school, the survey data and the affecting elements of the consciousness are analyzed in chapter three.In chapter four it mainly discussed the strategies of improving professional ethics consciousness of secondary vocational school students. The strategy can be divided into three parts, and specific suggestions and operation methods are also raised in combination with the actual circumstances of the case school.In the last part of the paper, a conclusion is made about the whole research, and based on the conclusion, the thesis also pointed out its deficiencies in the research activity.
