Class is the basic unit of school education and teaching.Studying education issues and paying attention to student development is inseparable from the study of classes.There has always been a view in the academic world that "class is a small society",then what kind of communicative relationship has occurred in the small society of the class?With the questioning of this question,I started the research of this article.Re-examining a class as a social space from a sociological perspective will be given a richer spatial connotation and social implication,and our interpretation of it will also extend to a more intense and dynamic level.Lefebvre believes that space is produced through human conscious activities,and space means purposeful and intentional production.Similarly,space can have an impact on people's behavioral activities.In this sense,space is a social space.Class social space serves as a space for teachers and students to live in real life.Teachers and students and class social space are a process of mutual influence and construction.This study mainly uses the qualitative research method,through the three-month field trip of the X primary school C class,the actual state of the class social space,as well as the daily life of teachers and students.On the basis of field research,the following analytical framework has been formed.Firstly,the theoretical structure of the class social space is carried out.It is believed that the class social space is composed of three parts,namely:material composition,time division and system design.Secondly,on the basis of field observation,it is discussed how the system and power of class social space are infiltrated into the daily life of teachers and students step by step,and maintain the order of class social space.There is bound to be resistance in places where there is oppression.The next major presentation is the resistance behavior of students to the social space of the class,that is,the behavior that does not conform to the institutionalized and orderly space.Although the forms of resistance of students are diverse,they are mostly small,concealed,and non-public.The study found that class social space is productive and realizes the reproduction of power relations.It means discipline and punishment for students,but it also promotes the liberating power of students.The class social space not only provides a place for education and teaching activities,but also constructs and influences the daily life of teachers and students in its own way.On the one hand,the system and power of class social space have an impact on the daily life of teachers and students,so that students are under discipline and control.On the other hand,students also have limited resistance to class social space in order to fight for freedom and liberation.Therefore,class social space is a contradictory space full of discipline and control,freedom and liberation.The construction of class social space should reflect and release the power of student subject.
