In the secondary school stage, peers are significant others in the psychological development of secondary school students. As ado1 escence is described as a period of ―hurricane and sudden rain‖ of physical and mental development, the rapid development of self-awareness and significant changes in their physiology have led to a sharp increase in their sense of independence and adulthood. On the one hand, they are eager for adult-style trust and respect. On the other hand, they are increasingly reducing their reliance on parents, and gradually increasing the need to build good relationships with peers. However, the bipolarity of emotions and the one-sidedness caused by the semi-mature state of cognition, thinking and experience make the peer conflict extremely easy to produce.Teachers’ effective intervention in the secondary school students’ peer conflict is a good opportunity to promote the socialization process of them.It can improve the quality of secondary school students’ peer conflict resolution and is a process to help them get rid of "self-centered thinking".In the process of intervention, the teacher guides students to learn to understand themselves, control emotions, negotiate communication, and share emotions in the process of conflict resolution, thereby improving the ability of dealing with conflicts, then gaining the development of social cognitive ability, social opinion selection ability and social communication ability..This study classifies the types of secondary school students’ peer conflicts in the process of the author’s education and teaching through the event backtracking method, revealing the value of teachers’ involvement in peer conflicts.By analyzing the four aspects of teachers’ involvement in peer conflicts,we put up with three major strategies to ensure the intervention effect of teachers’ involvement in peer conflicts. It’s about the three attitudes, the principles that should be adhered to by teachers involved in peer conflicts, the content of intervention and the way of intervention.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it is concluded that teachers should effectively intervene in the secondary school students’ peer conflicts to ensure the intervention effect: they should have scientific peer conflict intervention consciousness;they must master the necessary skills to resolve the peer conflict;they should use "no judgment" Intervene in student peer conflicts. Not only can the teachers’ effective intervention in the conflicts of secondary school students and peers help the resolution of peer conflicts, but more importantly, help gain social communication skills in conflict situations, gain physical and mental development and social cognition in the process of conflict resolution. As a result, promote the healthy development of secondary school students’ personality, and speed up the socialization process to achieve the essential purpose of education of cultivating and developing people.
