| Since " develop fair and high quality education" proposed in the 2018 government work report,to "develop more equitable and higher quality education" this year,We can see that special education has got more and more attention,while inclusive education is the concrete embodiment of striving fair and high quality education for every child.As the main places to implement inclusive education,schools undertake very important responsibilities.This study focuses on the implementation status of inclusive education in primary schools and provides beneficial ideas for the implementation of inclusive education in primary schools.This study takes primary school G as the research object and adopts the strategy of case study,ten administrators of the school、teachers from different disciplines and three parents of students with special needs are selected as the interviewees.Based on the Grounded Theory and with the help of Nvivo11.0 qualitative analysis software,we encode the primary data and then analyze it.We focuse on the implementation status of inclusive education in school G,explore the implementation path of inclusive education in primary school,analyze factors influencing the implementation of inclusive education in primary school,and put forward feasible countermeasures for the improvement and promotion of inclusive education in primary school.The study found that school G has formed a relatively mature inclusive education system.In terms of building a rich and inclusive curriculum system,school G has set up special courses,including picture book courses,creative active curriculum and experience activities of physical and mental disorders;In terms of building cooperative teaching culture,school G adopts the way of division of labor and cooperation between course teacher and shadow teacher to help students with special needs;In terms of the construction of promoting feelings between peers,school G assigns an integrated partner to each student with special needs,so as to help them better integrating into the school learning and living environment.In addition,the family-school-community collaboration is adopted to promote the development of inclusive education;The construction of inclusive environmental culture mainly includes the support of physical environment and the creation of psychological environment.Inclusive education is a continuous process.Data analysis found that the support of national policies and legislation,the participation of community and family,the culture of school,the knowledge of teacher,and the support of common resource all affect the development of inclusive education.Therefore,in order to promote the development of primary school inclusive education effectively,teachers’ awareness and knowledge of inclusive education should be improved;The construction of inclusive educational culture should be paid more attention;Constructing the inclusive family-school-community cooperative relationship;Strengthening the development of inclusive educational resources;Striving for the enactment of inclusive education laws. |
