The professional development of Chinese teachers in primary schools is a process in which teachers continuously improve themselves through establishing correct concept of professional development in education and teaching.Primary school Chinese teachers are the initiators of students' mother tongue education and the key force in the development of primary school Chinese education.Professor zhu yongxin's theory on teacher professional development has a strong reference significance for the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers in China at the present stage.In this paper,the author in the new education experiment of primary school Chinese teachers' professional development under the perspective of related research,based on the practice of the new education pattern and its significance in the elementary school language teacher professional development is analyzed,and on this basis,with the new education of teacher professional development based on the theory of three special design of the questionnaire and interview,through the investigation and analysis is summarized in the process of primary school Chinese teachers in their professional development problems.It is found from the survey that primary school Chinese teachers have problems such as lack of awareness of professional development,lack of theoretical knowledge of professional development,and disconnection between theory and practice in teaching activities.Through the analysis of the problems,the author summarizes the reason from two aspects of inside and outside,the lack of professional guidance,lack of targeted training is external factors affecting their professional development,teachers' professional development consciousness is weak,the professional development of space is the professional development of the internal cause,these factors are the source of the problem.Based on the above factors,the author analyzes the professional development process of Chinese model teachers in primary schools of new education under the support of the professional growth theory of new education teachers by studying the model teachers group and case studies,and analyzing the life narrative and life experience of model teachers.First of all,from the ideological level of teachers,cultivate the awareness of the professional development of primary school Chinese teachers,let them overcome job burnout,find the meaning and value of their career;Secondly,it puts forward how to improve the ability of primary school Chinese teachers' professional development,so that they can enrich themselves in professional reading,reflect on themselves in professional writing and keep growing in the professional development community.In order to promote the professional development of Chinese teachers in primary schools,some feasible Suggestions are put forward.
