In recent years,negative reports about kindergartens in society have often appeared in newspapers.Especially with the exposure of vicious incidents such as Ctrip,red,yellow and blue kindergartens,it has also aroused the attention of the whole society to the management of preschool education and the status of teachers.Preschool teachers are not only the important guides of children's growth,but also an indispensable part in the process of shaping children's personality.How to explore and gradually establish the management system of preschool education to meet the requirements of the new era,especially the public governance system has become a top priority to promote the development of preschool education in China.This paper makes an in-depth study of the current situation of rural preschool education teachers in coastal areas through a sample survey of kindergartens in X Town,Qingdao.On the basis of fully understanding the facts,through analysising and thinking,it is found that the construction of the kindergarten t eacher s in X Town has t he following problems: First,the structure of the teacher team is not scientific;Second,the teacher force is weak and quality of education is not be satisfied.This paper proposes that the government should play a government role in promoting the legislation,the structure of governance strategies,and increasing public financial input in the field of pre-school education;speeding up the legislative process of pre-school education to make the construction of rural pre-school teachers have laws to follow;making a top-level structure of government governance strategy to improve the society's emphasis on rural preschool teachers;establishing a teacher training system to improve the overall quality of pre-school teachers;establishing a good incentive mechanism to improve teachers' enthusiasm,and promoting the high-level development of the teachers.
