In recent years,the plans of revitalization for rural development and ruraleducation are more widely appreciated. It has become the central theme of economicand social reforms again and again and almost places in the most important position.Under current huge invironment of rural education, development and improvementof rural education is the key point. It is essential to build teachers’term, which has arational structure, adequate number, higher quality, and root in the rural area,especially in less developed areas. It is urgent and important to strengthen themanagement and construction of rural teachers’term. But generally speaking, China’scurrent rural education is still the weak link in the development of the overalleducation. The low quality of teachers’ term is still an important element to limit thedevelopment of rural education. However, it is impossible to absorb more talents asdeveloped area did in less deveoped area. So in order to strengthen the building ofteachers, the only way is to follow the way of the connotation of development. Itneeds to improve the overall quality of teachers through a variety of ways.Thisarticle makes a deep analyze for the current situation and reasons of rural schoolteachers in less developed regions and provides a few basic ideas for improving theconstrucion of rural school teachers in less developed regions.Paper is divided into four parts:The first part, proposing of the problem. First is to explained the origin of thetopic. Then is to difine and describe the basic concepts that are involved in the reseach.Then is to sort the brief introduction of the articles both in the country and overseas.Finally is to clear the idears and methors for research.The second part, first of all, according to the basic situation of rural area andcombined with the analysis of the collected data,we make a depth analysis in ruralschool teachers staff development from new opportunities for primary and secondaryschool teachers team building and the problems in construction of teachers team.The third part, based on the analysis of the status of teacher team construction inthe less developed rural areas, and combined with the domestic educationresearchers’data in rural areas, to explore a variety of factors of the impact in theteacher growth from internal and external aspects: the school management, teacher professional status, teacher flowing mechanism, as well as the factors ofteachers’vocational continuing education, etc.The fourth part is to focus on the existed current situation, problems and reasonsof the rural teachers in the less developed area and to make a few basic idears abouthow to strengthen the construction of teachers in the rural area.
