Taking the C College as the case study,this paper tries to design the C college teacher incentive system in the early stage of the merger,combining the theoretical literature,the questionnaire,and the interview.The research process,guided by Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs,Herzberg's theory of incentive and health dual factors and Adams' s theory of fairness,and how to meet the needs of different levels of human beings as the main line of research,and covers the various aspects of the human resource management system.This paper first gives a brief description of the incentive theory at home and abroad,and then analyzes the current situation of human resource incentive in the early period of the establishment of C college.Through a questionnaire survey and field understanding,the specific incentive demand for teachers at the present stage of C college is obtained.On this basis,the staff motivation system of C Institute is systematically designed.The design of the system is mainly based on the two dimensions of dissatisfaction oriented basic health care incentives and motivation driven by increasing satisfaction.In order to enhance the practicability of the staff motivation system in C Institute,the measures to ensure the effective implementation of the system are analyzed and discussed in the latter part of the paper.This paper holds that physiological needs,safety needs and attribution needs are basic motivators,which can play a health-care role in the C College Teachers' incentive work.The role of initiative.In practical application,the boundary between the basic health incentive and the intrinsic motivation is not very obvious,and its incentive function is to promote and complement each other.Therefore,in the specific work of human resources management,we need to comprehensively and flexibly apply it according to the actual situation of enterprises.
