Private preschool education plays an increasingly important role in the development of preschool education.The professional competence of private kindergarten teachers is closely related to the development of private preschool education and the healthy growth of children.Private preschool education plays an important role in Children education.To ensure a better and faster development of private preschool education,the professional quality of private preschool teachers should be improved.This study,using questionnaire and interview,analyzes the current situation of private kindergarten teachers' professional development in Liaocheng city from three dimensions: teachers' professional attitude,professional knowledge and professional competence.On the basis of the current situation,combining Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,teachers' career development theory and empowerment theory,this paper analyses deep factors affecting teachers' professional development,and puts forward countermeasures to the problems existing,provides referent solutions for government departments.Through investigation and analysis of private kindergarten teachers' professional development in Liaocheng city,the current situation is as follows: low incomes;lack of social security;teachers have high mobility;they are low social recognition and less esteemed;insufficient professional development motivation;lack of experience;lack discourse power because of centralized management of kindergarten principals.According to the situation,through in-depth interviews,it is found that the factors affecting the teacher's professional development mainly include four aspects: the government,teachers,kindergartens and parents.Thus,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: improve the mechanism for professional development and stabilize the ranks of teachers,give more rights to teachers and enhence the sence of professsional identity of private preschool teachers,enhance the awareness of professional development of private preschool teachers to enhence the power of professional development,enrich teaching experience and enhence professional competence.
