The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the "implementation of the fundamental task of the people of fostering virtue through education," and the people are concerned with what kind of people are cultivated and how to cultivate people.With the continuous advancement of the process of ruling the country according to law,the rule of law of the whole nation has received the attention and attention of the party and the state.It is also an important content of fostering virtue through education to train high school students into qualified citizens who respect the law and law.The "Adolescent Rule of Law Education Outline" issued by the Ministry of Education requires that the school's youth law education should be promoted.The 2017 edition of the high school ideological and political curriculum standard emphasizes the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,condenses the core literacy of the discipline,and cultivates the students' awareness of the rule of law as an important item in the curriculum objectives.In practice teaching,the high school students' awareness of the rule of law is enhanced,making them become Socialist qualified builders and successors.The high school ideological and political course is an important course for the implementation of the fundamental tasks of fostering virtue through education,and it is also the main place to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law.Economic Life is an important carrier.The socialist market economy is a rule of law economy.The textbook "Economic Life" contains a wealth of content and ideas of the rule of law.Therefore,under the vision of fostering virtue through education,this article cultivates and enhances the awareness of the rule of law by relying on the relevant content of "Economic Life".It is better to adapt to social life and participate in economic life.This is not only the need for students' comprehensive development but also the construction of socialist rule of law society.This research is mainly conducted through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview methods.On the basis of drawing on domestic and foreign research results and educational internships,the questionnaires were produced and the interview outlines were compiled to discuss the current situation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law.It is mainly explained by four parts: firstly,through in-depth study of relevant document instructions and the spirit of the general secretary series,a large amount of literature is collected,and related concepts such as fostering virtue through education,the rule of law and the rule of law are explained.Secondly,through the empirical investigation of the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Economic Life",it is found that the students' awareness of the rule of law is awakened,but there is still a lack of initiative in the study of students' law,a single way to cultivate the rule of law consciousness,and an imperfect evaluation mechanism of the rule of law education.The problem of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law is not ideal,and it has an impact on the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of high school students.Again,the above questions are analyzed from four aspects: students,schools,families and society.Finally,the corresponding solutions are proposed,which are: the concept of the rule of law for the students,and the awareness of the rule of law;the school education is implemented,and the campus rule of law culture base is built;the parents raise their own rule of law and change the way of education;strengthen the rule of law propaganda and create a social rule of law atmosphere.In this appendix,this study selects the typical examples of "Economic Life" and analyzes it.It is expected to provide a realistic reference for the ideological and political teachers to cultivate the rule of law awareness of high school students.
