Research On The Internal Governance Structure Of Private Z Colleges And Universities

The promulgation of the new "People's Promotion Law" and related supporting policies,with the help of the classification and differentiation of property rights,not only gives the private universities a policy support,but also helps private colleges and universities to eliminate various aspects of internal governance.Obstacles,and clearly put forward the specific requirements for private colleges and universities to optimize the internal governance structure,improve the quality of running schools and achieve social responsibility in the future.At present,most of the private-run colleges have a "chain-and-chain" governance model,and the relationship between the various stakeholders has not been straightened out.The corresponding governance mechanisms are not perfect,and they seem to restrict each other on the surface.In fact,they do not play a role in checks and balances and supervision.Through the investigation and analysis of Z colleges and universities,the governance structure of the decision-making body over-the-counter management school affairs,frequent changes in management personnel,low participation of internal stakeholders,and lack of internal supervision bodies have emerged within the school.Based on the theory of principal-agent theory and stakeholder theory,based on the analysis and analysis of research data,this paper proposes to improve the internal governance structure of Z university from the perspective of rationalizing the relationship between each subject and establishing and improving the corresponding governance mechanism.Strengthening party leadership,enriching the structure of board members,optimizing the decision-making procedures of the board of directors,introducing the board of supervisors system,and establishing a representative conference to strengthen the scientific decision-making of decision-making bodies.By strictly implementing the principal responsibility system and optimizing the organizational structure,the executive body will be promoted to play a greater role.The governance potential,through the establishment of incentive and restraint mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of stakeholders to participate in governance,the paper also explores the relationship between the establishment of stakeholder(student)elimination mechanism and internal governance effectiveness,and ultimately form a relatively complete internal governance structure of private universities To achieve common governance of stakeholders,to contribute to the standardization,institutionalization,and democratization of internal governance of private colleges and universities,and to contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of private colleges and universities..
