The report of the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China puts forward that "setting up virtuous persons as the fundamental task of education".In the part of "curriculum concept",the Chinese curriculum standard for ordinary senior high schools(2017 edition)clearly puts forward that "setting up virtuous persons should be adhered to and the educational function of Chinese curriculum should be given full play".Based on the Chinese teaching in senior high school,this study provides a complete optimization plan for the implementation of "cultivating talents by virtue" in the Chinese teaching in senior high school.It reawakens the moral education consciousness of Chinese teachers in first-line senior high schools,lays the foundation for the all-round development of students,and makes a little effort to train successors and builders of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the exam-oriented education under the realistic environment for the development of quality education to make a little effort.The high school Chinese occupies the innate superiority in the moral education aspect,the Chinese curriculum humanities,decided that the moral education is the Chinese education important content,USES the good this discipline discipline superiority to carry out "sets up the person" this fundamental educational task."strengthen morality education" has its own requirements and objectives in middle school teaching.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the current situation of "strengthen morality education" teaching objectives in high school Chinese teaching is understood.The survey found that there are many problems in the implementation of the "moral cultivation" teaching in senior high school Chinese teaching.The author analyzes the causes of these problems and makes comprehensive solutions.This paper summarizes the factors of moral education in textbooks and points out how to use these factors to carry out moral education.In the implementation of moral education strategy,based on the classroom and teaching materials,but also strive to explore the optimization of the program outside the classroom,and strive to provide high school Chinese teachers with practical teaching measures.
