Research On The Regulation Of Private Elementary Schools And Government Supervision

In recent years,with the establishment of quality education,the group and the influx of capital to the field of private education,private primary school quality has significantly improved,the education quality of private schools in some areas,compared to the public schools,and has been more widely recognized by the residents.The quality of private schools because of its distinctive development,teaching and service of high quality,advocating personalized development in the education market competition is a success.However,the reality in some cities and provinces shows that there are problems in school operation,training of faculty and government supervision which has hindered the development of private primary school.This paper uses theory research method to study the definition of private school characteristics and social value,from government supervision angle analyzes the problems private primary schools have in the school operation process,the reasons behind the problem is analyzed.At the same time,the paper selects Qingpu District Private A primary school as a case study,analyzes the crisis the government faces in supervising and regulating the admissions process of the private primary school,and summarizes the enlightenment to other private school and government supervision.A primary school,on the basis of the above analysis of the school standard puts forward corresponding countermeasures,we should establish the government and its staff of private primary school supervision consciousness.Meanwhile,we should strengthen the guidance and supervision of the government,seek clarification on standard requirements of private primary school,as well as explore the innovation mechanism of private primary school faculty professional development.On this basis,the article also extracts the successful experience of foreign private primary schools.
