| Sprint relying mainly on anaerobic metabolism is a high strength of track and field track project,sprint sports training and competition,in high school athletes accumulated in the long-term intensive training,sports injuries often occur,and the cause of injury may be due to the training system is not scientific,professional level of the coaches of factors,how to effectively prevent the occurrence of sports injury has become a high school is a big problem in sprint training.Functional action screening(FMS)is a new evaluation method that USES seven action modes(squat,hurdle step,straight arrow,shoulder flexibility,active straight leg lift,trunk stability push-ups,and rotation stability).And three excluded motion patterns(shoulder pain test,spinal extension pain test,and knee flexion pain test).It can expose athletes’movement compensation and physical dysfunction in the process of training,through different training programs after the intervention of experimental comparative analysis,in order to improve the athletes’ performance,reduce the occurrence of injuries.This article through the literature material method,experimental method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,20 sprinter in hebei huanghua middle school as the subjects for screening functional activities,through the screening results for the first time and 30 meters,60 meters,100 meters before the test result analysis discussion,and timely communication with athletes and coaches,the 20 athletes are grouped,experimental function training group 10 and comparison of traditional training respectively 10 people.The independent sample T test was conducted on the FMS average scores of 10 people in the experimental group and 10 people in the control group,the average scores of each movement pattern and the average scores of 30 meters,60 meters and 100 meters in the pre-test results of sprints.It was found that there was no significant difference between the two,so the experiment could be carried out.Then,after 8 weeks of different training interventions,the subjects of the two groups were screened for the second movement and measured after 30 meters,60 meters and 100 meters,and the results of the first screening and various achievements were compared and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:1.After the intervention training,the functional movement screening scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved to different degrees,but the improved scores of the experimental group were better than that of the control group.Through the functional movement training program,the functional movement screening scores of the high school sprinters were improved faster and the effect was more obvious.In comparison,the experimental group of functional action training scheme is better.2.After the intervention of functional movement training,the performance of functional movement screening in the experimental group increased significantly.There were significant differences in squats,hurdle strides,straight lunges,shoulder flexibility,active straight leg lifts,trunk stability push-ups and rotation stability.After the intervention of traditional training,the control group showed significant differences only in hurdle striding,straight lunging,active straight leg lifting and trunk stability push-ups,while there was no significant change in score improvement in squat,shoulder flexibility and rotation stability.3.Although the performance of functional movement screening in the experimental group and the control group improved to some extent after intervention,no one of the athletes in the two groups reached full score in the rotation stability movement mode.4.The functional movement training program can be well integrated into the high school sprint training,which can comprehensively improve the flexibility and stability of athletes’ joints.It can prevent athletes from getting hurt.5.Both functional training and traditional physical training can improve sprinters’ performance in 30 meters,60 meters and 100 meters,but functional training has a better effect on sprinters. |
