Research objective: To add functional training and functional motion screening into the training of sports items in Henan Provincial high school entrance examination.Through the screening results and combining with the characteristics of the project,the training plan is formulated.Through the analysis of experimental results,the empirical influence of functional training and traditional physical training on the performance of sports items in Henan provincial high school entrance examination is explored.Research methods: 20 boys and 20 girls from two classes in grade one were tested.Functional training was carried out in the experimental group and traditional physical training was carried out in the control group.After the experiment,the experimental results were compared and analyzed.The research methods used include literature,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and so on.Results :(1)before the experiment,there were no significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in body shape,sports test scores and FMS test scores(P>0.05).(2)After the experiment,the scores of the control group and the experimental group were significantly different in standing long jump,rope skipping,middle and long distance running tests(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference in football dribble test(P<0.01);In FMS test,there were significant differences in shoulder joint flexibility,straight leg lift and hurdle(P<0.05),except for the other items(P<0.05).(3)Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in the results of sports events in the control group(P<0.05),except for girls' 800 meters(P>0.05).In FMS project test,there were no significant differences in all items except trunk stability push-ups and rotation stability in male group and trunk stability push-ups in female group except squat,hurdle and trunk stability push-ups(P<0.05).(4)Before and after the experiment,the experimental group in the sports test results of the high school entrance examination,all the results have significant differences in;In the FMS project test,there are significant differences in all grades.Research conclusions :(1)both functional training in the experimental group and traditional physical training in the control group can improve the physical performance of the middle school examination,but after the experiment,the results of the experimental group are significantly better than the results of the control group,indicating that functional training has a more significant improvement effect than traditional physical training in the same training cycle.(2)After the experiment,the FMS scores of the experimental group were significantly improved,while the FMS scores of the control group were improved but the effect was not significant,indicating that the functional training adopted by the experimental group had a more significant effect on improving students' basic motor ability.(3)before the trial test data show that two groups of students have weak parts of the body,and after the experiment test data show that the experimental group students weak regions have been obviously improved,but the control group students were no significant changes,that before the functional training has a clear assessment of the student sports ability,screening weak parts,and the advantages of targeted training plan.
