The "Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition,revised in 2020)" takes the improvement of students' core quality as the training goal and focuses on the development of students' core quality.Topic teaching is one of the most bright teaching methods.Past high school classroom attaches great importance to the learning of knowledge,since the new curriculum reform,teacher can take the initiative to improve teaching methods,using the topic type teaching curriculum design,on the choice of topic,combining the reality of life,guide students thinking,highlight the value guidance and operation issues of joint students themselves,combined with social practice,through a variety of means and design,improve core literacy of students.This paper is divided into two parts.The first part is introduction,introducing relevant research.The second part is divided into five parts:The first part is the relevant overview.Firstly,the two concepts are defined respectively,and then the relationship between them is analyzed and the interaction between them is explained.The second part is the introduction of necessity and feasibility.Through reading the literature and analyzing,it is concluded that its necessity includes four aspects: it is the inevitable requirement of curriculum reform and development;It is the need to practice the new curriculum concept;It is the inevitable requirement of promoting the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools;It is to promote the transformation of teaching methods and learning methods.Feasibility also includes four aspects: topic teaching is an important form of implementing activity-based subject curriculum;It is an important way to cultivate the core quality of ideological and political discipline in senior high school.It is based on the promulgation of "New Era School Ideological and Political Theory Course Reform and Innovation Implementation Plan" and the basic situation of high school ideological and political course teachers applying topic teaching in teaching.The third part is its application status,existing problems and reason analysis.This part is to investigate the problems existing in the issue-based cultivation of subject core literacy in high school classrooms through a questionnaire survey in high schools,and to analyze the specific causes of these problems.After investigation,the following problems are found: the establishment of issues lacks value orientation;The choice of issues is divorced from real life;Topic implementation does not reflect the main body of students;The effect of topic evaluation is not good.All these problems make the core accomplishment of students unable to be effectively cultivated.The reasons for these problems are as follows:teachers' research on new textbooks and new curriculum standards is not thorough enough;Teachers' ability to apply topic teaching to value orientation is insufficient;Teachers pay too much attention to formalization in topic teaching;The influence of traditional appraisal idea and appraisal way.In view of these problems,corresponding countermeasures should be formulated.The fourth part is for the investigation of the problems and causes of analysis,countermeasures analysis.The establishment of topics,adhere to the correct ideological and political direction;The choice of topics is based on social practice and students' reality;Implementation of issues,change in teaching and learning;The evaluation of topics promotes the overall development of students.The fifth part is the summary and reflection of the overall research of this paper after the implementation of specific teaching in high school classrooms.It is found that certain effects have been achieved,that is,it can reflect the importance of topic teaching in the cultivation of core literacy of ideological and political subjects.It can improve teachers' ability to use topic teaching.However,there are still some shortcomings: teachers need to strengthen the introduction and design of topics;Teaching evaluation should be implemented to reflect the development of students' core literacy of ideological and political subjects.
