The main purpose of ideological and political teaching is to cultivate morality and cultivate people.Its fundamental task is to cultivate students'core qualities of"political identity,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation",so that students can set up the lofty ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism by learning ideological and political courses.So far,in the teaching of ideological and political discipline in our country goes well,the comparison of the school of ideological and political course teachers adopted various teaching method to promote the cultivation of students'core,such as issues teaching methods,teaching methods,etc.,but the use of these teaching methods and students have a great gap between core literacy cultivation goal.Based on this,this paper,based on the research status at home and abroad and the spirit of relevant documents,through a detailed overview of topic teaching,discusses the relationship between topic teaching and the cultivation of ideological and political core literacy and the importance of topic teaching in the cultivation of ideological and political core literacy.Next focus,this paper analyses the core issues in teaching in high school ideological and political literacy cultivation in the use of the status quo,with the method of questionnaire survey of high school ideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation situation in-depth investigation,and the result of the investigation contents and the detailed analysis to the current issues in teaching in ideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation application problems were analyzed,and the core issues in teaching in high school ideological and political literacy cultivation in the use of this paper analyzes the causes of problems,finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the problems and reasons,to help high school students better learning ideological and political discipline knowledge,Let ideological and political teachers better use topic teaching to drive the cultivation of students'core literacy,promote the overall improvement and improvement of ideological and political education in high schools in China,and cultivate more excellent talents with core literacy.
