With the continuous deepening of higher education reform,the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities is rapidly advancing.More and more colleges and universities have chosen to outsource logistics,with the aim of improving the level of logistics services and reducing the cost of running schools,thus providing good support for the healthy development of colleges and universities.The reform of the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities has brought about tremendous changes in the form of employment of logistics groups in colleges and universities.The external employees have gradually become the main body of the logistics group employees,and their roles and roles have become more and more important.The socialization of college logistics means that the logistics group is no longer attached to the university,but to enter the market and face fierce competition.This aspect puts higher demands on the quality of employees;on the other hand,it also requires the logistics group to further improve.Encourage the system and effectively improve the enthusiasm of employees.Due to various reasons,the incentives for the external staff of the University Logistics Group have not received sufficient attention.The external employee incentive system has many shortcomings,which has led to the lack of enthusiasm of the external staff of the logistics group,which in turn has affected the competitiveness of the logistics group.And the level of service.Based on this situation,it is necessary to give the logistics group external employee incentive system to improve more attention,understand the needs of the group of external employees,and formulate corresponding improvement plans around the external employee incentive system,so that comprehensive Improve the incentive effect,let the external staff work harder to do their jobs,and effectively improve the level of logistics services and competitiveness.This article selects the research on the external employee incentive system improvement of the University Logistics Group,and takes HY Academy as the research object.It focuses on improving the writing line of the external employee incentive system of HY College Logistics Group,based on the external employee incentive system of HY College Logistics Group.Introduction,analysis of incentive system issues,discussion of the causes of incentive system problems,logical ideas for solving institutional problems,comprehensive use of knowledge and theory in the field of incentives,combined with theoretical research and case studies,incentives for external staff of HY College Logistics Group System improvement has been thoroughly explored.Firstly,based on the literature research method,this paper explores the research background and significance of this paper on the basis of collating relevant research literatures at home and abroad,and draws up the research topics.were explored.Secondly,this thesis adopts the theoretical research method,discusses related concepts and theories,focuses on the core concepts such as incentives and incentive systems,and sorts out typical employee incentive theories such as expectation theory,two-factor theory and fairness theory.It summarizes the main role of incentives and consolidates the theoretical basis of thesis writing.Then this paper uses the investigation and research method to investigate the current situation of a HY college logistics group and the implementation status of the external employee incentive system.Based on the first-hand data obtained from the questionnaire,the reasons for the main problems existing in the external employee incentive system are analyzed.Mining analysis.Finally,this paper uses the comparative research method to design the new incentive system improvement plan for the employees of HY College Logistics Group,and conducts a comprehensive and full discussion on the implementation of the incentive system improvement program,respectively,from the implementation process and safeguard measures.Various aspects were explored.
