This thesis mainly gives an general explanation of the issue of incentive mechanism of contracted employee in the process of the Socialization reform of the university logistics,using the incentive theory,combined with the present background and trend of our country university logistics socialization reform.We use the Logistics group in Chuzhou University as an example,analysing the problems existed in the current college which is the incentive mechanismof logistics contracted employees.Finally,we provide some practical methods to these problems to improve the current situation of the contracted employees in the Logistics group of Chuzhou University.The structure of the paper is organized as follow:Firstly,we give a brief introduction to the background,purpose,significance,thought,main content,research method and innovation point. Then,we give a summary to the situation and problems of the contracted employee in the process of the socialized reformation of the university logistics.With the special quality of the college logistic industry and staff management aspects,we summing up the university incentive situation of the contracted employee in Colleges in the process of reformation.We introduce the empirical part of this thesis, analysing the incentive practice and problems in Chuzhou University logistics employees.We mainly use the incentive practice of the contracted employee in the process of the socialized reformation in logistics group of Chuzhou University as a clue,briefly introducing the basic information,institution setting,personnel of Chuzhou University and the achievements in the process of the socialized reformation in logistics. We conclude the incentive practice of contracted employee in recent years and objectively analyse the existed problems.Secondly,we present our strategy to perfect the incentive mechanism for contracted employees in Chuzhou university.We attach great importance to the incentive to the contracted employee.We set up the scientific principal of the incentive.We also focus on providing the incentive strategy in salary,performance assessment,HRP and the the building of enterprise culture etc. Besides, I give some personal opinions in how to guarantee the effectively operation in Logistic staff incentive mechanism and the establishment of corresponding restriction mechanism.The last part is the conclusion of the thesis.The incentive mechanism about the contracted employee in university involves so many parts in our society.The research and reform with times in incentive mechanism to the contracted employee can stimulate the initial spirit in their work. It also have a positive influence to the development of the logistics business.
