As a basic and safeguard work,university logistics is an indispensable part of higher education.Whether its labor relations are harmonious directly affects the stability of the entire university.The Fourth Plenary Session of the19 th Central Committee clearly stated that "resolutely prevent and correct employment discrimination and create a fair employment system environment.Improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations,build harmonious labor relations,and promote decent work and comprehensive development for the majority of workers." In the new era,the development of university logistics and its labor relationship management put forward new reform ideas.The new era here is not only the era of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also the era of deepening reforms in all dimensions of society,but also the era of institutional advantages in governance.With the fundamental changes in the socio-economic system and social contradictions,the labor relations in China's colleges and universities have undergone changes from unity to diversification,and they have increasingly shown disequilibrium,non-public ownership,informality,and Features such as economicization;and from the overall employment environment in China to the employment status of university logistic workers: The large number of job-seekers in the job market cannot meet the requirements of developing companies / units(labor-demand-side)due to their failure to meet the requirements of developing companies / units(labor demand side).The labor force is further hoarded;while the company / unit(labor demander)cannot provide reasonable "soft" and "hard" compensation that matches the highly qualified talents,resulting in a shortage of management and loyal talents.Especially in S University logistics labor relations,the problem of labor relations inconsistency caused by factors such as the breakdown of the employment structure,the large mobility of personnel,and the shortage of high-level technical and managerial talents have become increasinglyapparent."Sequence by nations are its system",to improve labor relations,the governance capability and governance efficiency in the process of solid ground,it is the inherent mechanism of the building: create college logistics harmonious labor relationship is ultimately to the microscopic mechanism of the labor management main body-the logistics of colleges and universities within the reasonable incentive mechanism,namely the reasonable incentive mechanism is in building a harmonious university logistics labor relations,to promote logistics,environmental sustainability and social employment of colleges and universities "bearer".Therefore,under the background of the new era,how to reasonably construct the "university logistics internal incentive mechanism" has undoubtedly become an important issue.This paper takes incentive theory as the guidance,combines with the actual research data for analysis,and takes the domestic and foreign research results as the reference basis,through the horizontal comparison of similar universities,according to the different needs of logistics staff of S university to develop the corresponding incentive management mechanism.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for promoting the harmonious development of logistics labor relations in colleges and universities in the new era and constructing a sustainable employment environment.
