The paper uses literature analysis and participation observation method. It's also base on the results of theoretical studies, the related reports and representative case data of the C Foundation' A project department.Through all the methods above,I make an in-depth analysis.I investigate the appearance and interior of the unfair distribution of charity opportunities and resources in the field of Internet philanthropy.I also try to find out the influencing factors of Matthew effect through the interview survey of the founder and core members of Project A.Finally,I advise some corresponding suggestions. The results show that the impact of resource differentiation is mainly influenced by the external environment and the social capital structure of the clients.First, the Internet fundraising platform has the economic and social capital needed by the foundations and individual callers in cyberspace.Because of this, the platform has higher discourse and rulemaking power in the operation of Internet philanthropic projects. At the same time, its code of conduct is not strictly regulated, and the corresponding disciplinary measures are not clear. This leads to the common phenomenon of "hidden rules" inside the platform, which hurts the flow and distribution of charitable resources.Furthermore, the Foundation has a significant path dependence on internet platforms as the sole legal sponsor of public fundraising projects. At the same time, the confusion of its internal governance also leads to the absence of duty and interest preference for the actual case screening mode. Finally, different clients have an unusual amount of bonding social capital so that they have the diverse self-financing ability.Facing the rules of foundation and internet fundraising platform, the recipients need to use their original bonding social capital as a bargaining chip to obtain the bridging social capital that they should receive. This is the reason why the differentiation between the opportunities and the quantity of the resources has been generated.
