Research On The Train Of Thought And Ways Of The Development Of Shaanxi Province's Featured Sports Culture

With the development of modern society,the role of sports culture has been paid more and more attention by the state.Sports culture is an important part of cultural soft power of a country and a region.The state attaches great importance to the development of sports culture.There are still many problems in the development of sports culture.As far as a region is concerned,how to excavate and sort out the sports culture resources with its own characteristics and find out the appropriate development way is a problem that can not be ignored in the development of sports culture in a region.Shaanxi Province is a large cultural province.In recent years,with the development and construction of Xi’an port area,the comprehensive strength of Shaanxi Province is improving in an all-round way.Through the summary of Shaanxi historical culture and sports culture,find out the content of Shaanxi characteristic sports culture,find out the problems in its development according to the status quo of its discovery,and then explore the development path of Shaanxi characteristic sports culture.Based on the literature,expert interviews,field visits,comparative analysis and logical analysis,based on the actual development of sports culture in Shaanxi,it is found that Shaanxi’s special sports culture should include:national and folk characteristics--Shaanxi sports in the intangible cultural heritage;regional characteristics--Xi’an City Wall Marathon race,"one belt and one road" event,Qinling Mountains mountainous area.Sports;Yan’an Spirit--red sports culture in Northern Shaanxi.On the basis of summing up the current situation of the development of sports culture with the above characteristics,it is found that there are still many problems in its development:1.The impact of modern sports on national folk sports culture.2.The narrow channel of the inheritance and development of national folk sports culture.3.The development and utilization of national folk sports cultural resources are insufficient.4.The integration of sports events and urban development is not enough.5.Insufficient media publicity.6.The management system of sports events is single.7.Lack of brand building.8.Insufficient development of red tourism resources.9.There are many red sports,but few of them have been carried out.In view of the current situation and problems,this paper puts forward the overall development suggestions of Shaanxi characteristic sports culture:1.Government departments:①policy first,system guarantee;②focus on supporting weak sports culture;③ promote the reform of sports management system.2.Social sectors:① actively invest to form a diversified investment mechanism;②establish and improve the club system to speed up the professionalization of sports.3.Media department:①strengthen cultural publicity and enhance the influence of sports culture;②increase the construction of cultural boutique projects.Then,this paper makes a case study of Xi’an City Wall Marathon,and puts forward the following development approaches:1.Strengthen the integration with urban development.2.Make full use of Internet platform,strengthen publicity and enhance influence.3.Promote the reform of management system.4.Strengthen brand building and develop derivatives.
