The Design And Realization Of Practical Teaching And Employment Tracking Management System In Higher Vocational Colleges

A teaching practice and employment tracking system is designed and developed in this paper which can integrate the theoretical knowledge that students have learned in class into practice and combine theoretical knowledge with practice management to achieve a better unifying of management techniques and teaching knowledge,so as to better solve some of the shortcomings of the traditional system,and solve students' employment problems greatly.The thesis minutely analyzed the demands of one higher vocational college practical teaching and employment tracking management system,giving the function of the overall system architecture and using the unified modeling language for modeling analysis,providing the related function of using case diagram,sequence diagram,etc.At the same time,the thesis introduced the practice teaching and employment tracking system in detail,putting forward five roles of different functional requirements,which includes field employment management department,faculty employment management department,class counselors,college graduates and role recruiters,etc.The system has completed the detailed design and analysis of the modules such as practice teaching management,employment tracking management,information release management,summary statistics management,basic data management and investigation and feedback management.Based on this,by using ASP.NET technology and Visual Studio 2013 as the development environment,a practical teaching and employment tracking management system for a higher vocational school with B/S structure is designed and developed.Besides,we made the corresponding test and analysis on this system.The test results show that the system can overcome the shortcomings of the original system.It can realize the dynamic management of the practice teaching from the teaching application to the whole process management system of the internship arrangement.Meanwhile,the system also can satisfy the demands which the recruitment unit have for employee.It can improve the employment of college graduates,provide powerful help for the school of management,and ensure the security and reliability for practice teaching and employment management tracking system.
