Along with the economic development of our country,non-profit organization has also been gradually growing,because of the increase in public attention for charity for nonprofit organization management has also been gradually tend to be professional,however,the existing non-profit management system development relatively less,if the general management system on the functional requirements often cannot meet the demand of special management of nonprofit organization.The lack of professional management,lack of organization ability,and in view of the service object of the layered management degree is not enough and a series of problems have hindered the development of nonprofit organizations in China,which is an urgent need to design a more suitable for the actual management needs of the non-profit organization customer relationship management(CRM)system,in order to solve the non-profit organization management such as the lack of openness and transparency in the management demand,only solve these problems to make the sustained and healthy and stable development of non-profit organization of our country.Nonprofit organizations,this paper design and development of customer relationship management(CRM)system,selected the China charity federation as the instance objects.Paper based on the development status of domestic nonprofit organizations do first introduced,aiming at the problems,a nonprofit organization are analyzed,and then select customer relationship management(CRM)system frameworks with the MVC architecture development related system,in order to solve current problems such as a non-profit organization.Then in view of the non-profit organization is the core of customer relationship management system technology were expounded as theoretical basis,and then to give the detailed demand analysis,the system has been clear about the hierarchical framework,business model of the system and function division,at the same time for the presentation layer,business layer,data layer design,and has made the example design against the database,then system security policy and related design advantage is given.Finally thesis aimed at the performance of the system to summarize,the system has made an exposition of the deficiencies and future outlook.,The non-profit organization customer relationship management system completed by this research institute has realized the unification and perfection of the customer management,the transparency of the project process management,the open disclosure of the bill information and the custom management of the product service innovation.To promote the development of non-profit organizations in China has played a more positive significance.
